The VibePlate works great and my personal training Clients love it.

This is a preliminary review, having just received and tested my new vibeplate. The workmanship is what you should expect from "made in the USA. " It is rock solid. There is one minor issue, which was unexpected and slightly disappointing. That is, the intensity increases when you turn up the frequency. Unfortunately the intensity is essentially zero at the lowest frequency of 10. I was not able to tolerate more than 50. Possibly this is part of the design or a necessary or unavoidable side effect. Regardless, I have no concern about the durability of this product. It will surprise you with its form and function. I'm glad I chose this brand.After some use, I realize that the "handles" could have been designed better. It isn't possible to hook directly to them because of their shape. At the price, I find this inexcusable. The handles should be redesigned for better functionality.Update: I compared this to another machine, which offers more intensity or g force. Compared to other machines, Vibeplate intensity is much lower. This is just something to be aware of. You can only adjust the frequency, not the intensity. The lower intensity is sufficient to stimulate lymph and joint mobility of the lower body, but the upper half doesn't get stimulated significantly. I find myself wishing there was more g force for whole body stimulation. I might buy a different brand for when I want a vigorous workout.
