Co Enzyme Q10 CoQ10 300mg 60 Capsules - Superior Naturally Fermented Trans Form

I started taking Co Enzyme Q 10 a few years ago after my Cardiologist at Harefield suggestedthat I give it a try. The initial results were good but I was buying supermarket brands and neverreally knew if they were top quality.Just recently I switched to this brand of 300mg capsules and feel more active and less fatiguedduring the day. The capsules are bigger than those I was used to, these are about 2 cm in length,the dose is one per day with food, and as long as I wash them down with a drink then I find thatI can swallow them OK. Mine came with a 30/08/2021 expiry date.I like the fact that they are made here in the UK with consistent quality and are high potency.They are more expensive than some other brands but they work well for this septagenarianso I will continue to take them.

I’ve been using these for just over 8 months now, and i certainly feel the difference with my energy levels . I’m on a high dose of statins and lipid lowering medication due to a hereditary condition. I’ve missed a month of taking these daily and I could feel my energy levels drop , by midday I needed a nap. Quite difficult when at work! You feel the difference when you don’t take these tabsExcellent product, great value for money and exceptional customer service! Had a delivery go missing and the supplier sent another without any questions. Will keep using it, just disappointed that there’s no subscription option via Prime

I use coenzyme Q10 for energy and it definately works. I also feel my mind is much clearer and sharper. Normally 100mg is my usual dose but then saw this 300mg product.Sadly I have had side effects such as headaches at the base of the skull. This I am sure is caused by the fact that I am already on medication to lower blood pressure. Q10 lowers blood pressure also I believe.I am still taking the capsules but open it up and tip half the powder out. I've had no side effects since. I sleep really well too and feel the Q10 helps.

I discovered CoQ10 a few years ago, long after I began taking statins. I wish I'd found them earlier. The claim is that you really need to be taking this if you're on a statin. However, it has to be said that it's not cut and dried. While some studies have shown there's a benefit to be gained, others are inconclusive, and the National Institutes of Health published a paper by Richard Deichmann et al which says other factors such as age and exercise can also make a difference. So after taking CoQ10 for a while I decided to save my money. For a bit I didn't take any, but then I came across it again as I was searching for a reason for my low energy levels. These ones seemed to be a good balance between cost and strength so I decided to experiment again and I shelled out. Within a couple of weeks I noticed a change for the better, and I've been taking them daily ever since. Can I guarantee they're helping me? No. But it does seem to be too much of a coincidence that my energy levels dropped when I stopped them, and rose when I began taking them again. These ones work well for me - or at least I believe they do. So if you're taking statins, are getting on in years, and/or exercise a lot give them a go. They might just give you a new lease of life. I make sure I don't run out of them now.

If I could give this ten stars, I would.I'm 60 and, although active, often experienced chronic fatigue. I was also experiencing nausea and heartburn. Having done research, COQ10 came up as a possible solution.Three days after starting them, I felt like a different person. No nausea, no heartburn but, most of all, a highly noticeable improvement in my energy levels.I can now exercise without feeling tired afterwards. My motivation for exercise is now high and I'm eager to start running again, after two weeks of high intensity power walking, and cycling.As if that wasn't good enough.....I've been with my fiance for 17 years. One thing that's always driven me nuts is EVERY night, he falls asleep on the settee, often as early as 8pm and during the afternoon on weekends.He's 65 and, apparently, has been like this for many years. Anyhow, he'd also been experiencing heartburn so I suggested he try CoQ10.OMFG!! Hello Tigger!!He's a new man! After only two days, he hasn't fallen asleep once and is as active as when I first met him in his forties.Now, all you naysayers, before you say it's the placebo effect, let's recall he's taking them for heartburn (which has 100% gone btw)He's blown away, and so am I. I'm a Forex trader, so need mental clarity, which is another area I've noticed huge improvement.I genuinely feel as if this has knocked 20 years, or more, off our physical age. My friends have noticed such a change in me, they've aso started taking it.Incidentally, I have tried CoQ10 before, without experiencing any difference. We'll be sticking to this brand for sure.

I’ve had these before and the capsule were a dark red colour and now they’ve changed it- whether the benefits remain the same is yet to be noted. I will edit this review in a few weeks’ time and up the stars if the results are consistent for now 3 stars and none for pain relief.
