Great knife razor sharp out of the box feels well balls and controlled in use always liked victory knox

Used it to help prep some larger chunks of meat bigger is better in this situation and the steel is great in this model. Got the smaller one before and it was bent and dull so i sent it back and got this one instead as it was on sale. Great bit of kit.

The steel is very hard so it remains sharp much longer than cheaper versions.

I love Victorinox knives. This is no exception. Very good quality steel and an excellent 'out of the box' edge. You'd have to spend twice as much to get anything slightly better.

Love this knife. Primary use for me is to cut whole sirloin into steaks for biltong. Very sharp and cuts with ease.
