Okay, I have been beyond frustrated with mops lately. I tried the Swiffer mop - NO! I tried the O'Cedar wring mop - NO! it broke on the very first use. In the past I have tried other mops and they all failed me. This mop actually worked!It is easy to put together. It has a ratcheting system to help wring the the mop out better than other simple twist mops. You can shake the mop head down a few times if you need to (I don't know why you would do this but it was very important for some friends who also tried this mop out) with no issues or loosening. It makes a nice poof of fabric/strings (?) with its mop head when you mop, so you don't have to worry about the strings separating and scratching the floor. The little scrubbing dot on the tip is sewn on and can take some fairly vigorous scrubbing. The metal tubes that make up the handle are much stronger than the O'Cedar mop or Swiffer. The tubes screw together rather than just push together.It really is a great mop. It wrings out very well without having to use your hands - at all. Fits nicely in a 10 quart cheap bucket from Walmart. I want to add, by friend request, it cleans baseboards and walls nicely when damp. Finally, I really appreciate the longer handle. It makes reaching the bathroom ceiling much easier (I'm 5'4") for cleaning.I also want to add, this is a real review. I am not just giving this to get some free junk item for posting a positive review. It took me way too long to find a mop I could actually use and feel like it does a great job. I just wanted to share this is a good mop at a fair price. I say, "Buy this one! It does what it says on the tin."

I bought one of these to use with a pair of buckets to wash my floors. It works great. It took me a minute to figure out how the wringing action works, you twist the mop head in one direction to wring it out, then release it to pick up more wash water. Works well. Mopping the floor is still an effort, but this is a better solution that a sponge mop. Clean floors are a bit deal. This tool helps you get the floors clean.

The threads seem a little flimsy and can easily break, however overall the mop is decent. It works and it’s easy to self wring. Initially a bit tricky to figure out how to set up (the pole connected to the mop was hidden within the mop threads)

This mop covers a large area without having to wring it out often.Wringing it out is very easy to do without getting your hands wet.

Purchased to absorb excess water in the winter from snow on shoes. Used in commercial setting on laminate flooring. It doesn’t absorb all the water. It’s good for about 60% but not ideal.

I love this swiffer pole. I use it dry and it is strong enough for dry cleaning. I love the pole because it stays in place when you lift it to clean shoe moldings and other trim throughout the house. I don't have to bend down to clean these moldings now . Just have to get the hang of putting the dust cloth on the applicator. Read the box. I looked for directions and found them on the box. It was tricky at first. You will have to grasp it at the end of the pole, the blue colored area to open the bottom to install the cloth. It doesn't flip and flop like my old Swiffer pole it stays where you want it. The generic swiffer clothes fit perfect with a slight overhang that I like because it gets in all the corners.

First of all no directions how to put together . It does not work properly . It broke after using it for 10 minutes . I am letting it dry and will be returning it .UPDATE:I was sent a new one with directions and actually like it very much . It does a great job
