Q: What country were they made in?

Forsining is a Chinese company from 2006. It manufactures a huge selection of good quality watches at very reasonable prices, I have two of their watches which work perfectly well.

Q: Does anyone know how long does this watch's self-wind lasts?

my experience was unsatisfactory: only a few hours, which is why I returned the watch

Q: What is the fourth hand for?

I'm not 100% sure but it appears to show that the the watch hasn't stopped at any time due to lack of motion if that hand is moving then the time should be correct within 2 minutes per day. I stress that is only my opinion and would suggest contacting the seller for confirmation.

Q: What is the diameter of this watch?

The watch is 45mm in diameter and 14mm deep. There is a clear plastic panel in the back which allows you to see the movement in action.
