Only taken for a few days so can't really say if they are going to be as effective as last time I used them

I only started taking this weightloss supplement 3 days ago. My weight gain comes from my love of chocolate, cakes and i know I am taking in too many carbs. My stomach was so bloated and all my weight gain seems to be on my stomach due to my sugar and carb intake. 3 days on my stomach is not bloated, my digestion is so much more comfortable, I definitely look thinner even my daughter noticed this last night. Now all said and done I don't eat huge meals or consume too much fat, but I have menopausal sweet cravings that have left me weight gain. I have tried several supplements, and I can say I find this one the most effective. I take it in combination with green tea. I like the fact that it stops me feeling hungry and stops me craving food. When I do eat, I tend to eat smaller portions. I am losing weight steadily.

I have the tummy, the dreaded tummy. I could eat salad all day long, etc., but I seem to have a stomach that doesn't want to go. It might be due to my age or hypothyroidism, or it might be just my genes. All I know is that I would like a tummy that is smaller than I have got, not a flat tummy, just a smaller tummy.
