I can't get enough of Matcha!
If you're wanting to try Matcha Tea but you don't want to break the bank, then trying these Matcha Pocky's is a gentle and cheap way to introduce yourself. It's my first time trying the Matcha Green Tea flavour and I was not disappointed! A friend sent me the strawberry flavour over a year ago which I wasn't very keen on (sickly sweet), but then, I don't like artificial strawberry flavour.About the packaging:Each single box contains 1 single packet of the infamous Pocky's, and each packet contains 20 sticks. In all there are 10 packets each in their own sealed box.The flavour:A gloriously light and crispy treat, with a delicate and mildly sweet flavour and I'm not sure if this correct but the creamy green Matcha seemed to have a soft white chocolate texture to it, which I love. The after taste is a very subtle metallic grassy flavour -think of the scent of freshly rained upon grass.Use by date:My boxes all say 27th October 2019 and were first packaged on the same day/month in 2018.

To Matcha or Not To Matcha
I love all things Matcha Tea flavour, something very Japanese about it. These treats are really nice and have a good flavour to them without being too sweet as most Matcha flavourings are.If you are not the adventurous type or are not one to try new flavours I would not suggest trying these as Matcha is an acquired taste. However, if you love Matcha or are adventurous please give these a go.My reason for purchasing was for SW diet as they are only 0.5 syns each like the milk chocolate ones. Great way to get your sweet treat without being to naughty.Highly recommended.

Strawberry goodness
These Pocky weren't produced in Japan, but were made in Thailand I believe by Glico. They taste exactly the same, and are really great value for money. I was also impressed how they arrived unmelted on the warmest day of the year.

Lovely!
Amazing, funky and downright tasty, you can get some seriously questionable flavours but all the ones I’ve bought have been great.Definitely expect dodgy and questionable coloured packaging but these are a great treat.

I'm not too sure , , ,
The box came damaged, which wasn't a great start. tampered to flavours like 'strawberry' and 'matcha' it was very under whelming and l felt that there was less in the box for some reason. ?Not good value for money , sorry !

Great snack
I purchased 2 boxes (20 packs total) just to have a good supply of my favourite snack.I originally found these in Sainsburys and fell in love with them, they are the best things ever. The title I find is misleading though as it says 12 sticks in a box whereas they were more in the pack I opened not that I'm complaining more pocky is great. These are a great buy, I love green tea and I love these things.I'll buy again in the future.

It's Pocky!
Tastes great, but not as cheap as Mikado or certain Turkish offbrand ones that I found being sold locally in my markets. It's good, but not something I will return to unless its on sale like it was now for 1.30 a box. The turkish offbrand ones taste just as good, and cost about 40-50p..
