I suppose you could, but I wouldnt do that. You would damage the heating elements and temperature control units.

Q: what is the lowest temp the thermostat can be set at?

The thermostat dial is numbered from 0 to 6 for you own perseverance setting.

Good Quality

Its solid, robust, good quality - delivered quickly. Bought for beer brewing so will be getting "adjusted" as wont hold a stready boil, but was perfectly aware of this at point of purchase. Highly recommended compared with similar boliers available on the market

Son not happy as the boiler cuts out once boiled so you cannot simmer

parts easy to get when it goes wrong

Light weight, parts easy to get when it goes wrong. Be aware though, water temp only 95 degrees C on max, this is OK for me but may not be for others.
