I started taking these last month and I can actually see a difference in my memory!!!

I store mine in the fridge anyway but this is the cleanest fish oil we've had and we love this brand. It's easy to swallow and has many health benefits. It has no bad taste or smell burping up later.

A family memeber recommended this maybe 10+ years ago and I've been ordering this particular one (Forever Arctic-Sea Super Omega-3 Natural Fish Calamari Oils with Olive Oil) from various sources for my mom who had eye surgery in the past and she said it helped keeping her eyes cooled and her vision is much better than before. Not sure if it works for other people or not.
