I didn't have what I would call poor sleep however I sometimes took a while to nod off and had bouts of waking up. My partner did have poor sleep taking a while to nod off and waking at 3am.Both well in the land of nod now and wake up refreshed. Works for us.

This is my second time ordering Pure Ultimate 8 Magnesium Complex, and I can’t recommend it enough! Delivery was quick, and the capsules are easy to swallow, which is a big plus. Since taking these, my sleep quality has improved dramatically—I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested. On the rare occasion I forget to take them for a couple of days, I notice a huge difference in my sleep. Definitely a must-have supplement for anyone struggling with restlessness. Will keep repurchasing!

Using to help sleeping

Initially, very pleased with my first purchase of this product. However, on my receipt of my second order (yesterday) I was to find the capsule size had changed to something a little smaller, also the contents of the capsules are observably less by volume, when compared to my previous order. In addition, a there’s clearly a difference in the colour of the powder and granular size too – See images.Obviously, these new arrivals bear no resemblance to the product I ordered from Amazon a month ago.Another thing which is bothering me; on the Amazon listing (pouch image) it clearly states the product purity of >99% (see image) but it's nowhere to been seen either of the actual pouches that were delivered to me?

Good magnesium supplement. Easy to swallow pill.

Good product but first of all every time I get it delivered there are a couple of broken capsules in the bag which cover everything in magnesium dust. I can get over that though as long as you don't keep throwing up your prices to ridiculous levels. i'm just going to get another product now.
