Easy to assemble so far seems to be sturdy although we have put an extra weight on base just in case . Son loves it

I bought this as an replacement for another BEE-BALL stand that had corroded struts and was damaged in high winds.The instructions are NOT 100% clear or easy to follow. You need TWO adults to assemble it and bit of patience. I swore a few times!! You'll need some good 13-14mm spanners/socket sets as a must.Once up it looks good and the materials seem half decent quality. The base needs to be a bit wider in my view to give more stability and a must to fill to the top with water or sand. Our previous stand had a much wider base.Time will tell how long it lasts against the UK weather but a nice replacement for our old BEE-BALL stand which our children loved playing with. You'll need to buy some spare nets (or a metal one) as they fall apart over time unless you take them off through the winter months.We like the clear backboard on this one.I greased the bolts as I went along as these will surely rust as time goes and hopefully easier greased if I ever need to adjust the height or tightness.I would recommend however set a aside some time to build it and make sure it's a nice sunny day!

My son wanted this as a birthday gift, he’s 6ft 3in and this stand is perfect for him. He’s been outside playing with it everyday since it arrived. Money well spent

The Hoop And Stand Itself Are good quality however the base and two supports were a real let down. The reason for the base is that the size of it is in proportion to everything else however they only give you a hole about a teaspoon wide, so trying to fill it up with the recommended sand and gravel becomes next to impossible, which is why I had to buy a funnel aswell to make it easier. The Bolts and screws were good quality however they give you plastic washers which are easy to bend and break. I would say everything is pretty straightforwardto assemble but beware you mist have a ratchet to tighten the nuts and bolts. I would say the biggest surprise for me was to see that when I opened my package (which comes in two separate boxes) the backboard had visibly been recycled or used, it is clear to scratches all over the plastic of the backboard.

Yeah - Good hoop for kids. . Have it set to the lowest level here. Not too much trouble to set up - couple of sockets and I greased most of the connections. Up for 1 month and no signs of rust . . Just used water in the tank, though with a funnel - sand would be better.

Really sturdy, very easy to assemble, made easier with socket set, not sure what others found difficult, took me and son 45 mins to put together.

My two boys (13 and 14) love this, their basketball net. It is at the max 10 feet but they are fine with it. Very sturdy, but the net itself is a real let down. 13 loops for 12 hooks and lightweight. The first wind blew it off! I have ordered a more durable rope (not string) net - I am surprised why the retailers put such a rubbish net with such a sturdy unit. Oh, and the instructions ARE crap!

Very solid easy to put together with the right tools. Very professional looking.
