Good shaver but had to buy a American adapter to go with it which didn’t find out till it arrived

This shaver (Panasonic ES8103S) is a piece of junk.It shaves well enough without adding ingrown hairs, but give it a little while longer and with proper use and charging, the battery will die on you and can't be recharged.I but a new correct Panasonic battery for this specific product from china, install it and charge to 100%, then once i unplug it from the charger nothing happens, not power, no noise no nothing, only a read out on the lcd that the battery has 0% charge. Each time i repeat this method the same result..... Dead shaver, don't waist your money on this expensive paperweight!
