The scale was delivered very quickly and I tried it as soon as it arrived. It is easy to use. You just need to put 4 x AAA+ batteries in, which are supplied with the scale. Just with the batteries you can weight your body weight by stepping on the scale.However, this scale offers a lot more readings and not only measures your weight but also bone mass, BMR, visceral fat, protein rate, weight without fat, the degree of obesity, muscle weight, moisture, etc. To do this and to get customisable readings depending on the user, you need to install an app called AlFit. At first I tried to find it on the apple store but could not find it. But a manual is also provided with the scale, where you can find a QR code for iOS and android to download the AlFit app. This app is where the readings from the scale will show up after connecting the bluetooth on the phone and stepping on the scale. It will ask you to complete your profile with your name, date of birth, height and gender and after a few seconds all the readings will show up on the app. You have to weight yourself barefoot as the scale uses electrodes to be able to give all these readings.One of my favourite measurements is the body age, as according to all the readings the app tells you whether your body looks younger or older and for me it came up to be a few years younger, so that was very flattering.I am very impressed with this scale and I find it to be very complete as it gives you lots of readings to control your weight and health. Very happy to recommend it.

I did like these scales, a simple clean design with a bright clear digital display and the App worked quite well on the phone. Unfortunately I had to return it as it couldn't be used by the whole family as they all don't have smart phones (nor want one). Whilst it can be used on it's own to read in kgs, it cannot be changed to stones/pounds. I bought a Tanita instead which is prefect.

Multiple time I had different readings ( once by a whopping 1.5kg of muscle that I apparently gained by stepping off and on the scale, found the workout of my life) within seconds (and yes, it was placed on a straight hard surface where my previous scale never had any problem being consistent in readings).The app is written entirely with Google Translate, or a similar level of translation from Chinese. Plus, readings are given a rate (fit, subfit, high, etc) but without any reference guideline and no history trackings beside total weight.The worse is that not only is not good at fitness subreadings, it's not good at simple weight measuring either.Returned within days. Waste of money and time, look elsewhere.

The app. was easy to install, and easy to use. However, the information it gave wasn't accurate enough. It would give different readings on your phone if you weighed yourself a few times within a few minutes. I sent it back for a refund.

The scale by itself is excellent, however the android app is not working properly, crashes frequently, and consumes an awful lot of the battery energy, so it's practically useless. Please fix it!

Good product and an excellent price. The display is clear and easy to read and the App is also very easy to set up and sync. It's a useful tool to keep track of body data and overall fitness statistics.Communications from the seller have been very positive and show a real commitment to customer service.

I bought these scales so I don't have to manually record my weight every morning while trying to stick to the 4 hour body plan (Tim Ferris). They are cheap, were delivered quickly and do exactly what they are supposed to. I had a minor problem connecting my iPhone 7S in the beginning, I had to remove the battery from the scales and restart the app for it to recognise my phone, took about 14 seconds. Excellent product for the price

The scales are good. But the App to go with them is abismal who ever wrote this needs to get back to drawing board. I understand that there is to be some changes in respect of AP. I am there fore going to change my review with this in mind. I will await for this. I felt a little hard on my stars for scales which are great. Time will tell
