This is the second time I have purchased this item. I use it in cooking and the food tastes nicer when using celtic salt. The salt is moist and dissolves easily in cooking. Please note, celtic salt is always grey in colour.Yes, I would recommend both this product and the seller.

I was highly recommended this product from a very dear friend of mine who uses it and didn't realise until I tried it not only in grains but also in cooking. Taking in grains it makes you instantly want to take a drink of water with it. Being a type two diabetic it's healing my kidneys because it rehydrates them and I don't need the toilet as much as I did before. I can now go longer and go for 4 mile walks and not be busting to go. Cooking wise I use organic but it takes it up another level in flavour especially on steak and chicken. It makes them taste so good that the salt can make them taste even better. Absolutely love the stuff. Also taking it daily with water it's the first time in 30 years I've been able to go out and not need to take my medication before I go so it's definitely gotten rid of the aches and pains I was in. Best thing on the market by far. This is definitely a must.
