Keep me afloat on water
Brilliant product helps a great deal less pain in my back when doing excerise in the pool. And it keep me afloat when I'm on my back.

Excellent product
I was recommended this by my physiotherapist. It's really helped me. I swim twice a week & this helps me stay afloat so my legs don't have to work too hard (I have a very bad knee & painful back problems) this really helps to just take the pressure off. I am a size 22 & this would easily fit a few more sizes above me! I am an odd shape & have a large tummy but this fits me well size wise. The only downside to this product is that the belt does not stay tight for very long. As soon as you're in the water it's almost like getting it wet makes it loosen. I haven't worked out a solution to this yet but it is quite annoying as it means the float does work its way up your back after a while. I just stop every few lengths & readjust (this needs to be done out of the water but luckily the pool I use is very shallow at one end so I just stand there to do it before I continue)If the belt was better I would give it a full 5 stars

Fantastic purchase for ACL Rehab
The product is well made, adjustable to a persons waist size (I'm male, size 34 waist but would easily work for females size 8 to those wanting to use for weight loss reasons) and arrived well packaged and quickly. Since using it I've noticed results, and off the back of being asked by other swimmers, I've directed many to this site to buy their own.. Trendsetting! The background to this is I had recently undergone ACL reconstruction of my right knee using a hamstring graft from the same leg. Recovery time is 9-12 months apparently, which as a keen sports person was a killer. I was recommended aqua jogging as you can do it in the deep end of the pool, where you have zero impact and can still do a decent work out. First time I tried it out was at the start of me being allowed back to exercise in week 5 post op, I was very self conscious, but once in the water the belt isn't noticeable, you just look like you're great at treading water! I felt an immediate benefit next day, both to the operated legs muscles and generally all over. I've been using it for 5 weeks now going twice a week in between gym work, and as a result I've been upgraded to a more difficult physio class due to my progress, and have also been able to move onto to doing front crawl without fear of injury. For those new to it with the same injury as me, I was recommended to also wear a knee brace for the first few sessions, as the currents of the water whilst exercising may be too much for weakened muscles. I did that for 2 sessions of 20 lengths of a 20m pool (Manchester Aquatics Centre), and was ok to do without support after that.

Great for rehab/hydrotherapy
I bought this to use for my hydrotherapy after my hip replacement. Its a good price and does the job. It is quite a large belt but it is fine for running in the deep end of swimming pool and doing various exercises while rehabilitating.

Does what it says it will...
I ordered this as aqua jogging is currently the only exercise I can do. It does what it says it will and supports you well in the pool. I have found the belt slips up a little but if you tighten it well to start with you don't have many problems. You can aqua jog without one, but having the belt allows you to concentrate on technique.I don't think I would want to spend £40 on one of these, as really it is just a bit of foam cut to size, so was pleased to pick it up on sale for £20.One thing that could be done to improve things is to ship with some instructions and maybe a basic workout or two?Overall, it does all you need so would recommend.
