Easy to use, simply warm up in microwave and it’s good to go. I didn’t realise you can also freeze which is great. I have 2 of these for a back injury and bought this one for my mum who is also very happy.

The description says that in order to dry it out place it on a heated surface such as a radiator, but being summer no radiators are onSecondly, the description says that you can put it in a freezer then use as a cold compress, however the instructions that came with it did not say anything about this.

Has really helped my bad shoulder. One minute in the microwave is all it needs.
