These definitely help when put in the spots that rub on shoes, and the balls of your feet. Only downside is after a certain amount of time, they don't stick very well. Won't stop me from using them and readjusting throughout the day though!

It's great to get so many sorts of pads in one box! Especially if you don't normally need/use them and don't know what sorts are best suited for that particular shoe with that particular problem. I bought a pair of shoe where there's a seam around the heel that digs into the back of my foot. I might have just bought the straight heel pad but I found that the short-T shaped ones worked better in filling in below the seam and covering the seam itself. I like that they're on a sheet of plastic that's very flexible, so it's easy to try it with the pad in place before taking it off the plastic and sticking it to the shoe. And when you do, the adhesive seems very strong so the pads won't shift. I'll post an update if I have any problems after using them for a while, but so far they seem very, very good!

These are pretty good quality for the amount your getting and the the softness of them. They don’t feel to out of place in your shoe, but for me using the ones at the front for extra support just ended up making my feet hurt, and the pieces that go across the back move up and down constantly. It could be the types or fabric in the shoes because not all of them do this. Overall I would probably buy them again, I just prefer the clear jelly pads although they get lost.

I got this set because I had a pair of shoes that my heels would slip out of just a tad. They stick on well at first, but I can’t say that they will stay in place for long periods of time, as I did not end up using them. I couldn’t manage to get them in the shoe in a way that was both comfortable and also hidden inside the shoe. The heel pieces did nothing for me, as the material seemed to only make it easier for my heel to slide out of the shoe because of how soft it is. I was using them on a pair of nice close toed heels. It seems that they would be more useful as a way to add comfort to shoes with more room in them, such as sneakers or loafers.

Not useful for most heeled sandals due to bulkiness and shape. Maybe would work in close-toed pumps. Also, my package came with everything just shoved into a box, with the box improperly closed. Some were wrapped and some weren’t so not sure if I just got a returned one

I expected this to help with several different shoe issues.One insert was suppose to help my heels STAY on my HEELS, it didn't work too well. My heels still felt as if they wanted to slip on my heel.The small gel ones had absolutely NO chance! They came off the same day I put them on, so that was a bummer.The ones for the pad of the foot actually made my feet hurt more..maybe it was the placing?However the quality of these inserts, besides the little gel ones, wasn't bad at all! They were pretty well made.These just weren't what I had in mind.

I like the variety that comes with this combo pack. It is hard to find the perfect shoes so it is good to have these type of things on deck. I like the fact that they are removable. So they don't pull off the material inside the shoe. I usually test them out in the shoe by walking around in the house with them inside the before removing the plastic backing. I recommend getting them so you have them when you need them most. Each pair of shoes are different so while they may not be ideal for one pair, they may work out perfect for another pair.

I purchased these pads based upon the positive comments... and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! I planned to wear high heels for New Year's Eve cruise, so I needed pads for the balls of my feet. Typically, I can't stand for more than a couple of hours in heels, so I was hoping these would help. I danced for HOURS in my heels -- these pads were awesome! My feet didn't hurt when I got back to my hotel or even the next day. This set has a great selection of pads, so it's definitely a good deal. Will be ordering more for my other heels!
