Bruxism Mouth Guard for Grinding Teeth - Stop Grinding Clenching Teeth at Night - TMJ Relief

Bought this over 2 years ago in April 2020. Took around 4 or 5 days to get used to ib the mouth. It has drastically decreased my snoring - wife says snoring almost stopped, after I started wearing this mouth guard. Probably the best £8 I ever spent.Do NOT use boiling water to mould this guard, as it wil almost melt and go out of shape. Just use slightly hot water the first time so it turns softEvery morning I soak this guard with denture cleaning tabelts to keep it clean.Images are after 2 years of usage every night.

Bought for my husband, and it doesn't work like the Snore Wizard. Having followed instructions for sterilising first time which effectively melted the shape....not impressed. If you're marketing people read the instructions, you will see exactly what I mean!! Will not be buying this one again

I’ve used snoreban for years and needed a replacement. This looked the same as the snoreban product so thought I’d try it (the fact that it was about 80% cheaper was a very big influence). When it arrived I thought it was almost identical to my current product. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. It doesn’t work at all. The fit was very good and it was as comfortable as a “gum guard” can be when you’re sleeping, but it didn’t stop the snoring.So it just proves that cheaper isn’t always a good thing.I’ll have to go back to my tried and trusted product.

Bought this for my wife but although it helps, it seems to cause her to have a dry sore throat in the morning, AND it hurts here gums.

Downside - its expensive! However, you get what you pay for and the quality is great. Ive had mine for a couple of years now. upside, there is no hot water moulding to get it to fit you, just pop it right in the mouth and get used to it. Yes you may salivate a bit for a few days whilst your mouth becomes accustomed, but I'm not kidding when I say it really, really works. When its in, no snoring, when its not - well let's just say it sounds like Hogwarts Express in our house. The best buy and we have had it for ages. I clean it every day with my toothbrush when I've done my teeth and occasionally put it in a mild bleach solution, just for hygiene reasons but that is all there is to it.

Not terribly comfortable but it does seem to work - for me anyway. Was getting a bit of abuse (verbal) from my lady friend so thought I would give this a try and she assures me that it does work.

As a doctor you could not find anyone more initially sceptical about this device! However my non medical boyfriend persuaded me to try it as he is a light sleeper and something was needed. The moulding part was easy just like a mouthguard in hot water. I had to wear it quite a few nights to 'train' myself to get used to something in my mouth and not pull it out (was found in the bed and on the floor a few times). however i persevered and to my amazement it works like a charm. Both of us are very happy and I will now be recommending to try it to my patients. Snoring is a complex condition with a variety of causes so this device will not work for everyone. But for a tenner well worth a try!

I have been using these mouthguards for several years, they have controlled my snoring and given me back my life. I am no longer constantly tired. Also I dont disturb my poor husband, who also went without sleep due to my snoring. The guards are easy to mold and very comfy. I highly recommend
