Excellent high quality Die set
I purchased this for threading galvanised 20mm steel conduit. I needed to install about 45m of pipe work with various lengths of conduit and a lot of threads to make and I can say this Volkel Die set never gave a bad thread every one was perfect. The two screw knobs that hold the die in place can occasionally work loose and need regular checking but apart from that it did a perfect job, this is well made and comes in a handy storage case. Overall this Volkel die set was worth the extra cost and I can highly recommend.

Absolute Rubbish
Although I've had this for a couple of months, I finally got to use it just recently. I didn't get to use the full set, I only tried to used the 25mm die alone in my existing stock because my die eventually down and no longer cutting properly. To my horror, I couldn't even get the die to start the thread. I had to revert back to my old die. I had bought these to use when my current ones wore out, and I've only just realised they were absolutely useless.

Great device.
Brilliant set. Absolutely simple to use and has gone through many tune ends with no sign of blunting. I do use a decent cutting paste though.

Great set, well worth the money!
Been doing 25mm conduit and got fed up of sharing stocks and dies with about 8 blokes so I thought I'd give these a try. Absolutely fantastic set!, very comfortable to use, dies are very sharp and grips the conduit very well, I'm an electrician of 19 years experience and can highly recommend this product!.Only bad point is the case is a bit flimsy.

Clamping studs had damaged threads.
The two threaded studs that the two sliver knurled nuts go on (that hold the dye in the tool) had damaged or almost no threads on the studs.The threads look like they were crushed), probably due to a manufacturing issue when the two studs are installed.The die could not be clamped making the tool not fit for purpose.

Effortless
Struggled for too long with stocks and dies brought off the shelf from electrical wholesalers!Well engineered and effortless too use, money well spent:)
