easy to chew!
These give a good energy boost for longer rides and are easy to chew, even when thirsty. I have had no issues with upset stomachs, which I understand is a possibility with gels. Flavours are pretty good too!

These are great, all flavours are tasty, they are so much easier to eat while running than chammy jelly babies.

Work well and don't upset my stomach. Taste nice. Can be tricky to bite into if you're running on a cold day. They're also quite large, I have to walk a little while chewing them because I tried to chew one while running once and choked a bit which was a bit scary. I wish the blocks were smaller so I could chew one while running.

Easy to carry and easy to use
These are perfect to keep the energy levels up/ As someone who has lots of dietary restrictions I wasn't sure these would be helpful for me but they are fine. If anything I would like the blocks to be half the size they are but that's not insurmountable.
