Didn’t work

Easy to assemble, works good !

I bought this for my 3yr old daughter but will need to return!, As you can see I have it plugged in(green light plug) and it connected to the bike , and with the Two connector's together at the front, a shame as my daughter would love this if it worked.

This quad is quite easy to put together and I'm a 74 year old woman! It really looks the job when built and is surprisingly sturdy. I had a problem with a loose wire but both Amazon and Homcom customer services were easy to contact and were quick to reply. My great grandson will have hours of fun on this.

Bought for grandson. First one arrived and was missing a vital part. The customer service team are brilliant. Nothing but praise for them. Sent a new one out, which was complete and told me to keep the original as spare parts. 5 star service and so near to Xmas.

Initial problem as the front axle broke however I contacted the company via Amazon who got back to me straight away and offered a replacement or a full refund. The replacement arrived within a few days and my grandson loves it.

My little girl absolutely loves this, got it for her 3rd birthday and it’s perfect!! it can go forwards and backwards which was hard to find, it’s a good speed aswell, it’s a great present for your little one! Definitely recommend!

Do not buy this car! The first one arrived and after an hour assembly and fully charging it, it did not work. I had a terrible rigmarole getting them to accept that it didn't work and they finally sent out a second one.. Same thing happened, it does not work! So they sent out a third car and again I wasted all that time putting it together and it does not work! I give up, they have refunded me, it's obvious from reading reviews that it's luck of the draw if you get one that works. Shocking waste of time and I'm amazed Amazon is allowing this product to be sold!
