What size scoop do i use? Did not come with a scoop. Super frustrating..

Hey! Thanks for getting in touch. If you sieve through the powder you should find a scoop somewhere in the pouch, it may have made it's way to the bottom, however, if not found you can use a 1ml measuring scoop as the directions is to use 2 scoops of 1.5g. Have a great day!

Will coffee destroy HMB by heat?

No coffee or heat wont affect anything with HMB
