Great for a serious workout
These are very sturdy and well made. They are not like the plastic stretchy bands that don't seem to last very long. The colors are helpful in knowing which one to use at my level. They are a little strong for me now. But I could see that someone who works out a lot would get a great workout from them. They provide such a strong resistance that I will need to keep working out so that I become stronger and better able to used them. There were tons of sites on line that gave a variety of exercise to do with the bands when I put the words "resistance band exercises" into the google search bar. The only reason I gave them 4 stars at this time is because the resistance is a bit strong for me right now. I just love this seller and I check her store frequently for news items. On the rare occasion that I have had a question she has be quick to reply. My last question was answered within a couple of minutes.
