Really impressed with these WickedGud Hakka Noodles. The texture is great—doesn’t get mushy—and the taste is very close to regular hakka noodles despite being much healthier. Love that it’s made with whole wheat, lentils, and oats, and has no maida. It cooks quickly and absorbs sauces well, making it perfect for stir-fries or Indo-Chinese dishes. The quality is okay, but it takes quite a long time to cook. I also noticed that the pieces tend to break apart after boiling, and there is a slightly bitter aftertaste. Not exactly what I was expecting. But I was not found any side effects or health issues.
