There is absolutley nothing to dislike about this product - it is literally perfect. (And you can't say that often.)If you haven't experienced the value of having a simple hand held sytem, just know that it really helps to keep your home very clean and that it can reach places that other vacumes can't. (This applies to the difficult to reach spaces in your car too.) You get lots of attachment options, which is fab, and it looks really nice as a bonus. Genius.Rccomended unreservedly.

I hesitated spending so much money on this product. Almost twice as much as the one used for the house. However, you pay for the name and the portability. We've been pleased with it for cleaning the car and for removing the cat hairs from the furniture. Charges quickly enough and I really can't understand the comments about poor battery life as we've not experienced this at all. Hope I remain this positive in a year's time.

We bought this and the battery went. Apparently this was a common problem. Dyson were awful. They expected us to replace the battery by hand ourselves - a very tricky job. Then the suction went. We were told steps to try to fix it. They then refused to do anything other than having an engineer come to try to fix it at massive hassle to us - this is a handheld vacuum not a new car! Pathetic customer service, avoid Dyson. They seem more interested in avoiding UK taxes now than UK customers.

Considering this is a dyson and cost £179.99 the plastic body is very flimsy I don’t think it would take much to break.Should include the docking station as it’s sold for under £10.

This has been invaluable for use both at home and in the car. Lightweight and powerful enough on the lower setting to do what is needed and the flexible hose has enabled cleaning areas in the car that other fixed hand-helds couldn't get to.

Bought as a xmas present for me by the wife. This is the typical hand held vacuum. Short on battery capacity and short on suction. and as its a Dyson, overpriced and over rated. True it does the job but barely. I,ve gone back to HENRY which is far superior and quicker. This will suffice if you haven,t got access to a plug, otherwise it goes back to the wife for cobwebs and spiders. DISSAPOINTING.
