GOOD PRODUCT, AND FINALLY GOT THE PACKAGING RIGHT,
After trying about four different brands of pants I found these (depend) to be the most comfortable,Even over the more expensive brands!I've been wearing incontinence pants for over a year ,but I do not suffer incontinence!LONG STORY SHORT,About 18 months ago I developed a fistula, those who know about a fistula knows it can be a messy and painful experience, I was due surgery over a year ago but covid put a stop to that,so for me over time I had to find the best protection for me,If like me you have a fistula and is looking at reviews hoping to find someone going through the same experience I can say from experience for me these are the best for me,and offer the best comfort, absorbency is very good, and they are grey in color which is better than white, so when your bending down or picking something of a shelf in the supermarket and the pants ride under your trousers, they offer a bit of subterfuge,It would be great if they came in black or dark blue, most of the suppliers of these products mainly offer there products in white 🤷♂️,I've been wearing mine back to front and for me offer the best protection, and they are still very comfortable, those who have a fistula will know why I wear them that way,I am a 36inch waist I did try the medium, which was in the waist size range, but found them to be a little tight, so I go for the L/XL which are so much more comfortable, most of the time you forget you've got them on,I find them reasonably priced, I buy the multi packs,Delivery is prompt,The supplier has finally started using discreet packaging which is a must for me, the box the ,product comes in is a becon of ads for the product, so if your not in and the delivery driver leaves with your neighbor, the whole street will know your condition, luckily for me that didn't happen, I think the company has finally got the message about delivery discretion, box now comes wrapped in black plastic packaging, About time,!!,Anyway hope my experience with these pants helps people with the same condition as me?I've had my surgeryJuly 2021, and will still continue to use these pants throughout my recovery as I find it my best option, and the most comfortable,I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who has the same condition as me,Thank you for taking the time to read my essay ,I would have gave the product 5stars,But due to only just getting the discreet packaging right i only give them four,

Intended For
If your a xl person the these mens pants will fit, in fact i`m x/large in the most cases and these are a little large size, saying that you don`t want them too tight, if i buy again i might go for the medium size, although after having a catheter in i don`t want to be using anything again

Decent.
I have a post operative problem and need then as a sort of dressing and incontinent pad that I am in need of an operation to fix.I have had my pelvic mound removed, the bit above the genitals, so I am not shaped normally in that area. This causes a problem with the pads fitting right as they don't "grip" where they should and have a tendency to slightly slip down at the waistband..They are the right size for my "waist" but due to this needed alteration to my body shape from the operations they don't fit exactly as they should. They still work as intended.I was using generic unisex pants before switching to these, but they acted like cheese wire and were causing some serious damage to my legs.I am happy to say that these pants cause no problems, other than the slight fitting issue and the sides being a little delicate which can tear easily. Other than that I am happier with them than the brand the hospital recommended.

Value for money
Nothing to dislike, need these after an operation, didn't want to spend loads as was going to go through a lot, fit great, comfy, no leakage when worn , great value for money, easy to get on, like normal pants.
