This tablet is pretty hard to swallow but I will be buying again. It's great value for money and even after two weeks, I have noticed some difference.My hair feels fuller and healthier by the roots. It's certainly grown a lot quicker than before (it is worth mentioning I also use a peppermint and pumpkin seed oil hair mask for my roots too) and my eyelashes are a lot fuller and longer! I have also been taking collagen and my palm psoriasis has calmed down BIG TIME.The taste is a bit weird though. It tastes like the seaside - seaweed, salty, stoney... basically it's like swallowing the smell of the seaside. Not unpleasant but it deters me from taking this first thing in the morning.Will be buying again. Very impressed.

I like this company so feel this is a good product but it is rather difficult to swallow. Perhaps the manufacturers could consider a coating to ease the journey down the oesophagus

Firstly, they don’t taste nice, dissolve very quickly and are quite big so I learnt quickly to cut in half. I would advise to eat on a full stomach as if I haven’t eaten and take these, I feel sick.Actual results-Nails: much stronger, less brittle and less breakages. This is what I noticed the most and recommend on this reason.Skin: potentially completely unrelated but the first two weeks of taking these my skin was terrible, don’t usually get spots but I broke out really bad for a while. After that, can’t say I noticed any positive differences in my skin.Hair- I have fine, coloured hair, I had hoped this may have helped with the thinning around my hairline. I’ve noticed no difference with my hair.To sum up, good for nails but unsure if I’d repurchase as want a more all round vitamin

I generally like Lindens products as they're good quality at a low price. I've only been taking these for a few weeks so it's hard to tell if they're helping with my thinning hair, but unlike other Lindens products these are awful to swallow. I'm not someone who usually has a problem with pill swallowing, but these don't have any kind of smooth coating on the outside and are rough and dry and stick to my tongue. They also taste disgusting - like rotting seaweed. They actually make me gag trying to get them down, so I really can't recommend these.

Whilst normally a fan of lindens vitamins, we buy a number of their products, will not be buying these again unless they change to a gel of caplet form. Whilst they are effective and good value for money they leave a very unpleasant after taste and are quite large tablets to swallow. A great pity from such a good Company that provides excellent service.

Arrived promptly. Easy to swallow tablets got them as used previously.

Keep taking this product makes my nails healthy and strong. This tablets are a massive size but it can be broken in half
