Yes I would buy this product again. I've tried other brands of B1 and this one is by far the best. I have to take B1 for my neuropathy.

I have had digestion problems for over 7 years. I don’t think this supplement doesn’t work but it just didn’t work for me. I decided to order the Microlingual version instead because it doesn’t require digestion and goes straight to the blood. The micro lingual version worked a lot better for me. Definitely look into Elliot Overtone on YouTube and vitamin B1. He gives a lot of information on how to take it effectively.

Very good supplement, good value for money, nice size. I now take in another form.

I wish I had bought a gel tab version. It leaves a very bitter taste in your mouth when you take them.

I thought my memory problems were just part of the aging process, but then I watched Dr. Berg on YouTube and decided I might be deficient on B1. Apparently, I was, because the slight mental fog I've been feeling for the last couple of years is suddenly gone. I don't normally take anything--always try to get my vitamins and minerals from my food--so I was not happy with how big the pills are (pretty normal size, actually). I will be buying these again.
