Q: How often should this be used?

As often as you need to wash your hair. I use it every time and sometimes every day. I love this shampoo. So rich and smells gorgeous.

Q: Can you use on dyed hair

I dye my hair and this is the first shampoo and conditioner to not wash out...even the next day I dye my hair via hairdresser haven’t used boxed dye for years as I have sensitive scalp so I hope this helps you. But I love this shampoo and conditioner couldn’t recommend enough 👍
