Hi does this come with the straight guide fence ?

Yes,the fence will fit all Makita trimmers so if you have an older model (corded) it fits as well,cheers.

Does the included Makpac case come with the moulded inlay? Or does that need to be purchased seperately?

My Makpac didn’t have a moulded inlay, it had a removable compartmented material inner.

Is it strong enough to cut laminated worktops?

It’s strong but honestly not suitable. You need a 1/2 router to support the bit required to avoid “wobble” and the depth of plunge is not enough for standard thickness worktops. Buy a 1/2 router for worktops.
