After my child used one of these pens, we had to get them this five pack as they insisted that they're the only ones that work for them, and they were right! These pens work brilliantly and write incredibly smoothly. They barely smudge (unless you haven't let the ink dry a bit first, of course) My child is now very excited for the school year to begin so that they can use these pens on their schoolwork, thank you so much Zebra for making these brilliant pens!

Since purchasing I have not been able to use any other pen, its smooth , high quality, perfect ink flow and grip, smudges a little when highlighting (just wait a few seconds) but not with palms or fingers. They work until the very last bit of ink!!

This is the best gel pen I have tried. I like that it is quicker to dry than some inky pens and the size nib is perfect for everyday note taking. This is my trusted pen for exams and everything else. The retractable feature is really appreciated since I am prone to losing things so one thing less to worry about!!

Really good pens. Absolutely love them!

I love these pens and always carry one with me. They're smooth to write with creating a lovely fine line, ink doesn't bleed and it sits beautifully in my hand. Yes they can be scratchy when new, however, once the ink starts to flow then you'll find it disappears quickly. If it doesn't then you're pressing too hard. Write softer, let the pen float on the paper, and you'll be fine! Also, Japanstore are awesome and they dropped in a lovely origami swan that's joined the one they sent in last years order. It's a little touch that makes it feel more personal especially knowing that your pens have travelled from the other side of the world. Highly recommended.

Definitely my favourite pens ever. They have an thin, pitch black line, last for quite a while, and have NEVER skipped a line for me and I've been using them for at least a year now. They're also very durable, having a very sharp metallic tip which doesn't wear down under pressure (I press down reasonably hard and have destroyed a few Sharpie pens without finishing them...). To top if off they're cheap with free delivery. I don't understand how these manage to be so good considering their low price, possibly because they are from Japan? I'm a physics undergrad and use them every day for everything, they have never failed on me! Highly recommended

Truly amazing pen. Writes like no other pen i have ever used. so smooth, and my handwriting actually looks legible now. downside is i can’t write with anything else anymore :)

I've been using Sarasa pens for years. They cost a bit more than regular ballpoints, but I really like the ink, as it doesn't skip or leak & the barrel is visible, so that you can see when it's empty. It writes for quite awhile & the ink rolls smoothly. They are the next best thing to using a fountain pen - in fact better, because you can see when the ink is low & the pen doesn't dry up if you're not using it for awhile. Good pens!
