Update: I dropped my review from 5 to 4 stars. I bought these in a 6-pack about 8 months ago now and im down to the last set. With constant use the sticky tack holding the rubber to the earbud tips eventually breaks apart and my tips separate. I still think they're great tips but im buying more after 8 months.I bought these to replace the ones that came with my headphones because they were already cracking and falling apart. I went with the medium tips to replace medium tips and, like some reviews mentioned, they’re a bit smaller than the OEM tips. I personally like the smaller size much more and the new material is way more comfortable. Especially since I’m using them around 5-6 hours a day at work for noise cancelling.

Whereas the original tips began to break apart these under daily use have not. They have separated themselves from the colored part that holds them to the earbud but the foam itself is intact and I think I'll probably try gluing a set back together and see if that works. Apart from the durability the seal and comfort both seem to be better with these over the OEMs. I didn't notice a size difference but if I had to guess I'd say they must run a little smaller than stock. On the OEMs I felt like I was right in between the medium and large and with these the large is perfect.*One month later*I used super glue gel to reaffix the grip ring to the foam as eventually all detached. I should note that this is a problem if you don't address it as soon as the need is apparent because the foam can and will become detached and remain embedded in your ear when you take out the bud. That being said, after gluing all of them it's remained firmly attached, well, the one set I've used. Not only that, the seal for ANC is much better and the sound much better than it was before. I can't really give a star for something that could become stuck in your ear but I will say that I'm much more satisfied with the performance of the earbuds with these repaired eartips.

The are slightly shorter in length compared to the original foam tips that come with the earbuds, but they work just as good for noise cancellation and overall fit in the ear. I would definitely buy again.

They worked fine when you first install them, they were pretty comfortable too. However, after exactly a month of using them, the foam detached from the rubber plug, breaking the seal and making them sound bad and hard to fit conformably.

Excellent product. Original Sony product has one set of small earbuds...so I was skeptical when I bought this and it turns out this product is excellent. It even exceeds Sony's original earbuds in durability. Worth it and a good fit for XM4s.

Not too long after use they fall apart so easily and will ball up in the ear, not form fitting. Ultimately very uncomfortable. Disappointed

I use my Sony earbuds daily during work hours, and occasionally for recreation. I ordered these replacement tips for improved comfort over the stock ones, and was very pleased for the first several weeks of use. However, taking the right earbud out of my ear after a stroll left me with a strange sensation. I looked at the earbud, smaller than it should have been, and had to spend minutes extracting a stubborn piece of foam from my ear canal. While I can understand glue failing over the life of a product, I've had these for only a couple months, and now have to go back to the ones that came with my earbuds. A waste of money, unless you want your audio experience to be a quarterly subscription.

The original cushion things are a lot bigger They also come out of your ears a lot easier, versus these new ones. The sizing on the new ones is different, the medium on the original is the size of the large on these ones. Which is perfect because they fit my ears squish them shove them in and now you truly have noise canceling. You can go running or lifting and these things are not falling out. Have a good day
