Love nearly everything about these
These are great. They work really well and the grind is easily adjusted. I do a lot of cooking, and I have always used a manual salt and pepper grinder. I regret not buying something like this sooner. These make cooking so much nicer and quicker. Additionally, I love the style and the way they look. I also love that they can be used one handed so that my chicken hand doesn't have to get washed constantly when seasoning. The ONLY complaint that I have is that they use old usb style cords to charge, and each requires their own cord. I have seen similar rechargeable salt and pepper grinders that recharge when placed in their base. I really wish these did that. I ended up choosing this item over those because the style of these is far superior, but for future iterations, I hope they build the charger into the base. They seem to hold their charge well so far. These would easily be a 5 star if they could figure out a better way to charge them. Also, I saw multiple reviews saying they had issues adjusting how coarse they grind and I just want to note that I did not have any issues getting these to grind as fine as I would want.

Stylish and functional set
I think this is a very stylish grinder set. It comes with two USB charging cords, and it’s very easy to see when they are fully charged, because the power light changes from red to green. I left them to charge overnight, so I am not sure how long they actually took to fully charge. The set comes with a little scoop with a brush on the opposite end for filling and dusting off the grinders, but I did not need to use this. Some people might like having it though. The instructions do not indicate which way to turn the coarseness knob for coarse versus fine, but I figured out that turning clockwise gives a finer grind. However, there was not a huge difference in the coarseness regardless of how much I turned the knob. I think it’s nice how this set comes with the wooden holder, but I do wish it was a little larger and had a storage space for the charging cables and filling scoop, so the entire set could be stored together. Despite this, I would still recommend the set.

Good function, limited adjustability
When I prep meats I like to keep one hand "dirty" to pat down spices and flip meat pieces, and one hand clean to deliver the spices. I have shakers for most spices, and a cellar for salt, all of which I can operate one-handed, but my manual pepper mill required 2 hands, and of course I'm not compromising with pre-ground pepper. This grinder was the solution.I have had 2 major problems with other grinders- They store business-end-down, which means you get bits of pepper on your counter or spice rack since some will inevitably fall out later- The electric ones that operate on gravity only get knocked over and make a messThis one solves both problems. First, it stores with the business end up, so no mess on the counter. Second, there's a power button you need to press to make it "active," and a light tells you it's in that state. You can then use 1-handed gravity method to grind and dose out the pepper. When you're done cooking, hit the button again to turn it off.I also like that it uses a sealed, rechargeable battery that uses a standard micro USB charger (cable but no charger included). I've had issues with battery compartments getting dirty (particularly in salt grinders) and the shaker no longer works without a thorough cleaning of the battery compartment. Also, I don't need to use a ton of batteries. My only real complaint is that the grind adjustment doesn't produce uniform grinds. I find even turning all the way to the fine setting still allows some big chunks of pepper through. The other thing I think would improve this is if the power had an auto-off function such that it goes out of ready mode after 20 minutes of non-use or so. I don't know how much battery the little red LED uses, but I don't want to leave it on the time. Besides, I'm just going to knock it over later.Overall, though, I'm very happy with it.

Good
Cant figure out how to get the pepper to be less coarse. I know the instructions say I should be able to make it smaller this can be a ID10T error. I have not used it enough to say its crappy or anything so far it is awesome with making my eggs while holding a newborn on my left and stirring and a toddler on my leg. So this is a huge plus. The container that holds the pepper and salt is a platic that feels like glass. if you dropped it it wont break. totally dropped it while juggling the toddler on my leg screaming as i whispered " I should have 5 more" It came out perfect. Def mom proof.

Mostly Good
The media could not be loaded. Had non electric salt and pepper grinders and wanted something a little easier to use so we decided to give these a try. Out of the box they feel solid and look really good. They had to be charged with the included cables. Two cables are included but you will need a standard USB power supply. The bottom is a very thick plastic and holds a decent amount of salt or pepper. We like that the spices come out the opposite side of the base so your not always cleaning up the area where they sit. Very simple to fill thanks to the wide opening. Once you press the power button you simply tip the unit over and it starts grinding immediately. Tip it back up to stop. There is no auto off power function so you must press the power button again to turn the power off. Not sure why there is no auto power off time out at this price point. The default grind setting out of the box is very course. We were able to reduce the grind size by turning the grinding knob per the instructions, but even at the least course setting it is still pretty course. Our old manual grinders could be adjusted to powder if we wanted that. We are fine with the least course setting, but feel it is a compromise. Note, it is harder to adjust once you feed the salt or pepper through. We found that shaking it while turning the knob does help. The LED lights that shine on the item being seasoned is a nice touch. Overall, we like the grinders and look forward to using them on a daily basis.
