lastic Wrist Support

So here is a novel use: I am a beekeeper and favour thin nitrile gloves (double gloved) to keep the beens from my hands, whilst giving great dexterity (most bee gloves are really thick: not quite boxing gloves, but not far off). The nitrile gloves are great, but leave the wrists exposed. I bought these velcro supports to 'close' the exposed joint between the gloves and the sleeve of my bee suit. The work brilliantly, securing the glove and sleeve join and the bees are totally confounded! Dexterity is great with the nitrile gloves, and my sting rate is zero at this otherwise chink in my armour.

Great wrist strap with hook and loop fixing strap. Would be better if it had a tab on the end as the hook and loop is strong, hence difficult to get a hold of the end to release the wrist strap.

It arrived as expected and packed Ok. First I bought smaller size having measured my wrist and gone by the size chart. It was way too tight. ordered the larger size which fits OK. It helps with a pain I have in wrist and back of hand that may start of carpal tunnel issue. It is useful too as when typing on laptop it protects wrist from squared edge of table/desktop which means I can work longer, which may lead me to buy another for left wrist! Only downside is that the velcro is super 'sticky' and can be difficult to undo with my left hand. Overall a good buy.

Sporting injury, look no further

Good product but does take some effort to remove once on. Can get a bit uncomfortable if kept on too long. Suggest take of at night and only use for during day.....but did support my sprained wrist very well so would recommend this product.

These are great wrist supports, easy to put on. I work in the building trade & I've hend a pair of these for donkeys years & just bought another pair which I think will last for years & years. Highly recommended.

I found it snug upon first wear. As I have continued to wear it, it’s support is amazing. I struggle with reoccurring ganglion cysts on my wrist and this has helped to reduce them as well as provide support.

Product is simply too small for normal adult wrists despite being marked as L/XL! It is so tight that it actually restricts blood supply. I recommend buying one of the brands that publishes a detailed size chart.

I had a ganglion cyst develop in my right wrist from over stressing it. It became painful to work out to the point where I couldn't flex my wrist and would have to do push ups on my knuckles. I continued my work out routine with this product and it significantly stabilized my wrist, helping to prevent excess stress on the joint. Not sure if fixed the issue, but the cyst disappeared completely within a month without changing my exercise routing and hasn't come back (about 7 months now). May not have been the cure, but definitely reduced the pain when I worked out. The strap does fit tight, but that's the point. If it's loose than it won't do any good. At first it feels like circulation is being slightly cut off but it will loosen over time to be more comfortable. I went with the sizing guide on McDavid's website and my wrist was right at the max for the small/medium size. I went with their suggestion and got the small/medium anyways and it's been perfect. Remember, if it's too big it might be a bit more comfortable at first, but it won't be working!
