Betron YSM1000 in Ear Headphones Wired Earphones with Mic Microphone Volume Control Stereo Ear Buds Deep Bass Case 3.5mm Jack for Android Devices

I read reviews and approached the purchase of this particular headset with some trepidation as I have purchase some really terrible headsets in the past that delivered no clarity, and poor bass. I have also owned very expensive headsets which have provided a fantastic audio experience but were poor quality build and broke very quickly with poor quality materials being used. I have even had Beats in ear headsets which are very good with regards to audio, but were cheaply made and or very poor quality and broke within a year. As I had never heard of Betron, I did research the company and read reviews on the Internet before deciding to purchase. I am so glad I did. These are the best audio experience for the price I have ever heard. I know a bold statement, but believe me I have spent hundreds of pounds on in-ear headsets in the past and these beat them all! The clarity in the music with this pair of headset is amazing. I am hearing audio in my music that my previous Senheiser would never deliver. Low range Bass is fantastic, with crystal clear mid-tones and high-tones that deliver a really good music listening experience. The headset was delivered in a nice box which includes, a carry case and 6 different types of earpiece to get the perfect fit. Three are rubber based and the remaining three are foam based. Fit in the ear is excellent for me, and I used the default rubber based ear piece that the headset was delivered with. Like all headsets in ear, musical clarity and bass are fit dependant, so make sure you get the fit you need, making the headset nice and snug to get the best experience from this product. Build quality is also excellent for the price, with the 3.5mm earphone jack wrapped in gold for perfect clarity and no interference. The control for the volume and play/pause/skip is also of high quality with nice firm buttons on the control, that do not feel like they will break. The earpieces feel solid and are very comfortable in ear. The wire used for connecting the ear buds to your phone or equipment is anti-tangle and I have to say I have not found this headset ever gets tangled once removed from their carry case. If I could give these a 6 Star I would. They are that good. For a headset to cost under 40 quid and provide such quality puts many of the more expensive headsets to shame..

Received items a couple of days before expected date! Item delivered nicely in a great little black box package! Comes with plenty of different size ear buds to suit different people so insure to mess around and find out what's most comfortable for you! Cable length is more than enough and the connector and ear parts all look robust enough that they will last a very long time....feel very very solid! This does make the ear parts feel slightly heavier than others but not heavy enough to fall out, still extremely comfortable, just make sure you use the wire clip to pin the wire down when walking or whatnot! Now to sound quality, the best I have heard and I've used various ones from sound magic to Beats and others...especially if you enjoy your bass! If you prefer your classical music then these will still get your highs but they may be over loaded with the bass! So far had these about 3 weeks and had no issues. Also have to mention that the customer service seems excellent, they have reminded me I have a guarantee on these and that if there are any issues I should contact them and they'll do their best...what other company does that? I have used them only with Android devices which include LG and 1+ and the remote worked perfectly with both! Anyways overall fantastic buy...I purchased them at full £34.99 price so while they are on offer they are a steal because even at my price I think they are amazing!

Sound Top notch. These are the best non noise cancelling earphones I've used. The bass drills home and the range is as good as I've heard on earphones especially in this price range. General use The controls are what you'd expect. Volume up, down and off / answer the call. I find the button slightly fiddly when trying to answer a call, but that's a minor complaint. I have tried jogging with these in and they tend to drop out of my ear after a while. These were never advertised as sports earphones so this is more of an observation than a complaint. The wire is long enough to accommodate general movement (say, in the gym). Build quality I was attracted to the brass components of these earphones. The wire has a durable feel to it and lakes these look like they would be the earphones that HG Wells would have used. Much more imaginative and stylish than standard black (or white) - but that's just my taste. The earbuds that came on the headphone were initially slightly uncomfortable (but nothing that I wasn't used to from previous earphones). However, Betron provided several different sized earbuds and I found a pair that fitted my odd shaped ear holes perfectly. After several months of use, the sound quality is still as crisp as when I first bought them. The one of the volume control buttons fell out after a couple of months use (I resorted to a sellotape solution to fix it. I had been carrying the earphones in my pocket (with keys, change, etc) rather than in the provided bag, which may have contributed to this. Summary All in all I am very happy with these Betron earphones. Would I buy from Betron again? Definitely.

I'm very disappointed by these earphones. I want to start off by evaluating their packaging. It's ridiculously flawed by how the display is packaged into the exterior. The box is hard to open and ruined by the tape holding it together, and the earphones are in a lovely little foam compartment; only the earphones are rattling around in the box. There i There is a reusable box that the pad can be slid in and out of at any time with a little fabric end. Onto the actual earphones. They look very smart and a little outlandish, both of which I was ls a nice quality earphone bag that is small and convenient, along with a foam pad containing a variety of different sized earphones; silicone and foam.ooking for. The wire has a strong aroma of plastic to it upon opening, but the smell subsides within 2 days. It is very tangle-proof and has a nice coil visible inside the rubber exterior. The earphone cases use what appears to be an aluminium plating at the back and sides, generating a lovely shine and sensible grilled pattern across the back and sides. The quality of the build and thickness feels satisfactory, and the selection of earbuds are also comfortable and sturdy. the earphone wire splitter is a reasonably thick golden metal cylinder, joined using fused plastic ends. The optional remote wire is plastic, consisting of 3 buttons and a microphone at the back. It is made of plastic to prevent the earphone being too heavy; a sensible choice of design. The quality of the earbuds is as advertised. A surprisingly low bass response, but too intense overall for my preference. Though the average consumer may approve of the bass intensity. I feel as if the bass has a low response and is clear, but that the average sound output is compressed and muffled. Not what I would expect for £35, even after improving a little after being burned in for a few hours at a time. Last - and least - the comfort of the earphones. Though they may not be too heavy, they do stick out quite a bit and catch the wind, creating interference. Due to being metal, when being inserted into the ear when cold, it can feel fairly uncomfortable in that aspect; though it will warm up within a few minutes. The largest flaw, which mostly resulted in me returning these earphones, was the shape of the metal casing. It is not very user-friendly, because although everyone has differently shaped ear canals, and may not cause everyone problems, I find that the casing scrapes the bottom of my ear cartilage quite painfully once inserted and can only take 10 minutes to become achy and scratched. I think this is completely unacceptable for the price of these otherwise luxurious earphones. I would not recommend these earphones as they lack in sound quality, overemphasised bass in my opinion, and a significantly uncomfortable fit. Every time I wore them, the entrance to my ear canal became very sore. However, the average consumer with large ear canals may find these earphones quite enjoyable. You have otherwise been warned. I do give points to Betron for the visual design and material choice, though. Could've been executed better as a product. Doing so would've made these earbuds worth the price and the hype that the paid reviews provided.

So far, so good. Sound is excellent offering plenty of base when the need arises. I have also found that compared to other ear buds I've owned, the volume sits a fair bit lower for the same output level, meaning the phone battery definitely lasts longer. This is probably the result of less sound leakage due to them being a good fit within the ear. The noise isolation is also very impressive. Other buds I've owned have not been as good a fit as these and to date I've only been using the factory fitted cups and have yet to try any of the extra ones supplied in the box. I don't agree with the comments about the buds being heavy. They are only slightly heavier than the heaviest I've owned and they were very light. The ear buds themselves seem very robust which is a good thing as I tend to fall asleep with them. Finally, the supplied carry bag is a nice touch. All-in-all, I'm delighted with my purchase.

These are quite possibly the finest earphones I have ever had. For the price I didn't expect such an epic quality of sound, but these are KING. I had to turn down the bass on first use, it was way too manly, but I'm getting more into it now. :) I am also very pleased with the build quality in every aspect. It's great to have earphones that don't have a hair thin wire that snaps or loses connection at one end from the slightest unexpected tug. The memory foam buds are also outstanding, a very comfortable fitting for hours of use. (Why haven't other manufacturers been providing these?) The wire clip, a simple feature, also helps more than such a feature would let on. Not only do these sound and feel fantastic, but they also have a very classy appearance. (That is my opinion though.) Just look at the texture on the side of the earphones, damn son, that's some classy stuff. Just little things too, like the blue/red ring to clearly remind you which is for your left/right ear. Finally, can confirm that these work on rooted Android phones with third party apps like PowerAmp. No special configuration needed. The 4 poled plug also works fine on stuff that expects a traditional 3 poled plug.

At the onset, my purchasing experience on Amazon was good, quick and the product reached me in good condition. Please find my comments on the product. I was recommended this product by one of my senior colleagues in office, who has couple of these earphones. 1) Product visual quality / build : Good build, nice looking metallic ear hubs, strong wires, good 3.5 mm jack with knurled finish which helped in handling the pin very easy. 2) Price : Price is reasonable for the quality of the product. 3) Voice / Mic control : Though the product specified that the in line mic and controls will be compatible with the Android products, my experience was, the volume controls did not work at all on my Android based phone brand - 'One Plus 2'. Bit of inconvenience on this as i had to manage the volumes either from the phone directly or from my smart watch. Maybe you want to look into this issue. 4) Sound quality : I was bit put down here. Obviously the earphone has a deep bass as advertised, and the hip hop types are played well. But then there is no modulation to the sound. It applies the same deep bass to all the type of music / tunes. ( I did try to use the phones equalisers to compensate the sound, but in vain) Vocals and classical music were absolutely bad to hear on this (I specifically come from India and listen to lot of Indian classical songs / instrumental music). Even the call quality when i talked through the mic gave lot of echo and the hearing was marred and difficult to understand the person on the other side on hearing (not anywhere near to noise cancellation), i tried changing the provided ear hubs but had the same effect with all. I am an avid listener of all types of music and have had lot of hearing gadgets with me. I really wanted a good one for a change. This is the first time that within a days purchase i had to keep away from the product and even crossed the mind that i return the product. Though i did not have the energy to go through the hassles of the return procedure, i did not send back, and now as i kept it away from me, seems i have lost the earphones. So i have written off this product as a loss, will hesitate to recommend to anybody else from my side. Unfortunately had a very puny response from the Betron team even after writing to them directly, this shows their attitude towards their customer, this goes as Bad service too from BETRON team, i would have expected a product replacement or refund of my money!!!

These earphones are amazing for the price, from the quality all the way to the sound. The ear pieces supplied are easy to get on and are comfortable in the ear. The cable is very cool and doesn't look cheap which was my first worry when I saw the images, it is also tangle-proof which is a massive bonus. You are supplied with a very handy carry case to store your earphones safely, in the past I have lost earpieces due to my earphones being loose in my bag but no longer is that an issue. The microphone on the remote is of a high quality and the buttons respond very well with Android/CyanogenMod allowing me to turn the volume up/down, pause/start the track and also changing tracks by double clicking the middle button. I have used the microphone many times and so far have not heard any complaints. Sound quality of pretty much the same as high-end earphones, the bass is deep and rich and the overall quality outstanding. Pairing these with my OnePlus One is an amazing combo. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these earphones to anybody wanting cheap yet professional earphones.
