These are great for cooling gin and tonics, vodka cocktails, rum, lager, and even white wine. Even though I'm a Celt I don't like the taste of whiskey but I assume these stainless steel freezer cubes are excellent for that tipple too. The stainless steel has the quality of not affecting the taste of your drink whatsoever. At last I don't need novelty penguins, whales, submarines or pink elephants floating defiantly in my favourite drinks anymore. Real ice cubes ruin the taste of my drinks as they melt and turn them into something that makes the taste more bland. Where these come into their own is when plopped into a generous glass of white wine so that it remains chilled whilst being slowly imbibed. I don't know about red wine as I don't like mine chilled, only Americans do that anyway don't they? I'm not too sure about the little draw-string sack that they are supposed to be stored in. I would have preferred the inclusion of a shallow plastic fray instead, for storage in my freezer's drawer where I used to keep ice cube moulds. Eamonn

Very impressed with the service and the product. The whiskey stones are an ingenious invention, and these ones are exceptionally well made. They are packed nicely in a presentation box and there is also a gift bag that you can use to place them in the freezer, where mine are at present awaiting the warmer weather. They make great gifts, as everyone needs ice cubes!

I was expecting heavy solid metal and not metal cubes filled with liquid. They do the job of cooling a drink without diluting it. Does take a few drinks to get used to different objects (other than ice) but probably personal preference

I was worried that these would be totally useless based on some youtube opinions about whisky stones in general not making the drink cold enough. I'm happy to report that for me these are perfect! I put two in my dram and it chills it nicely without watering it down like ice does!

I haven't given this gift yet but I am pleased with it especially the presentation . The box and drawstring bag are lovely quality and the stainless steel stones feel good and cool even though they have not been in the fridge or freezer. I am totally happy to give this gift.

I found these nifty little Whisky stones brilliant for using to keep my G&T cold without watering it down like normal ice cubes do. Highly reccommended.

Première utilisation dans du Jack Daniel's, le refroidissement est très net et on ne remarque aucun changement dans le gout du produit, contrairement à la dilution des cubes de glace naturels. Seul inconvénient, mineur, le poids des cubes qui les rend difficile à faire bouger dans un verre. Le sac inclus dans le coffret se révèle très pratique à l'usage. Bravo.
