Good value for money product, but be aware of its weight.
As self assembly products go this stand is easy to assemble with the following riders:1) Four of the eight metal cylindrical supports are slightly shorter than the other four, but the instructions I had did not make any meaningful distinction between them - there were no distinguishing measurements for example. Although the component parts are numbered on the instructions, only one of the feet for the base of the unit had a corresponding number on it in my package. Because of that I elected to have the shorter gap at the top because it seemed the most rational place for it. Perhaps it's optional.2) One of the plastic caps for the metal cylindrical supports was slightly defective with my unit. I had to take a Stanley knife to it (probably invalidating the warranty in the process) to get the cap to fit the cylinder. It made the product more of a kit than I'd been expecting. However, once the cap had been trimmed of excess plastic (a job that took about 5 min), it fitted OK and I was able to complete the unit without further problems. I've knocked off one star from the "Easy to assemble" rating I gave because of that. Otherwise it would have had a rating of five in common with the rest of the ratings I gave it. If all of the parts fit, assembly of this unit should be quick and straightforward - even intuitive.Once assembled the product feels sturdy. I had confidence in placing a 50 inch TV on it. The glass is of a good thickness and so (inevitably) it's very heavy. Care needs to be taken not just in handling the individual glass shelves when they're unpacked, but also in lifting the package when it's delivered, and moving the assembled unit about. I had to get my delivery up one flight of stairs. That's an adventure if you do it without assistance. It's really a two-person job. With my unit the top glass plate had a manufacturer's brand name label on it that took a bit of removing. It's needlessly hard to peel off and then takes some hard rubbing with detergent on a cloth to remove the adhesive residue from the label. Labels today should be much easier to peel away than that. The product is well packaged in stout corrugated cardboard and packed with enough polystyrene internal padding to keep the component parts from rattling about in transit - always a vital feature with anything that includes heavy glass. It also comes with a variety of cable ties and clips to allow cabling to be kept tidy. The clips have peel-off stickers that anchor them extremely firmly to the glass. It's a helpful touch, and one I found useful.Overall, a good value for money product that assembles into a very attractive and functional TV stand.

Easy to assemble and looks good
Only had a slight issue in assembly in ensuring the legs between the shelves were aligned. One person assembly was fine. It seems sturdy and is supporting a 42" LCD TV.

Strong stand, flexible to use
We thought this might be a little unstable being narrow compared to its width, but it's absolutely fine. Looks great and much more flexible for placing your hi-fi and AV components then any other I've seen because no inset legs at the back or pillars in the middle. Carrying a lot of weight with a 42" plasma TV, two amps, a cd player, dvd player, middle speaker and Sky box. I wouldn't put more than a 50" TV on it, 55 will overhang and 60+ - just not designed for that. Easy to assemble as everyone says. Brilliant buy. If we get the glass bowing issue later I'll use the pipe sections solution and update this review. So promised update: the glass does bow under weight. If you want this for the sort of size of TV and other lighter components it's designed for, it's really great, practical and looks good - but don't overload it, no heavy AV amps, etc.

Mountright UMS Clear Glass TV Stand (Suitable for TV's between 41" and 60")
The Mountright UMS2 clear glass TV stand is suitable for LED, LCD or plasma televisions with screens between 41” and 60”. With three glass shelves and shiny silver chrome legs, the stand measures approximately 45”Wx14”Dx19”H and according to the instructions can support up to 80kg. It is easy to put together, robust and was well packaged for delivery ensuring no broken or chipped shelves on receipt. My only slight gripe is that I can see every speck of dust or finger mark on it however that’s par for the course with glass but something to consider if you’re prone to jumping up and down like a jack in the box with a duster/cloth! All in all a good value TV/Sky box/games console stand which is fit for purpose and looks great too.

Goes nicely with my new 48 inch LG OLED TV
Fits my 48 inch LG OLED TV perfectly. Also has ample room to safely and neatly store my LG Soundbar, Xbox Series X and Sky Q box. It was pretty easy to assemble although the picture instructions aren’t the easiest to follow but with a bit of common sense it’s really not that hard. It weighs a lot though so definitely easier with 2 people (I installed it solo). Once assembled it’s very sturdy and fits in nicely. Only thing I would say, though, is it states it’s for up to 55 inches. My 48 inch TV fits nicely but…if you look at the picture…there’s not much room leftover. Not sure how a 55 inch TV would fit tbh!

Excellent item
I'm very pleased with this purchase. The parcel weighs a ton! It's really easy to assemble though, and it's packed in the order you need to assemble it which makes it easier. It's very roomy. We have quite a few gadgets - Wii, some Nintendo things(??!), DVD player, PS4, a cubey thing (don't ask me - they're my daughter's!) and there's plenty of room for all of them to sit without having to be piled on top of each other, plus a basket for all the associated gubbins to be put - wires and controllers). Good value.
