Finally something that impacts my high BP!
This stuff is everything they say it is and I can see why the British Olympic team used it in 2012. I'm currently changing my life style and I knock one of these back everyday before I work out. I'm amazed by the results, it really does increase stamina and reduce BP temporarily, excellent product and much cheaper than high street health shop crazy prices, what is not to like?? Well some people I've given it to pull a face when they first taste it, but you get used to it very quickly, its kind of meaty and sweet at the same time but honestly it is what it is and its very good for pre workouit preparation! I actually like the taste now and I'm going to have a shot every morning for the forseeable future. Empowermenr in a bottle!

Tastes disgusting but it works
If evil had a flavour, it would taste of celery. If evil had an evil twin who was 10 times more evil, it would taste of this stuff. BUT it works. Comparing the same Hyrox lactate threshold workout, with 1 shot taken 2 hours before, average HR was the same but output was higher (including a pace PB on the rower) and RPE was lower. I’m interested to see if Whoop records any change to my blood oxygen level.

Bad batch - should not be brown!
Usually this product is very reliable and effective however the most recent batch was off. Brown in colour and smelt of vinegar with lots of brown sediment in the bottom of the bottle. The left hand bottle is the off product, the right hand product is what it should be like.

Less than wonderful taste, but preferred over Beetroot Powder options. Noticeable, but not "amazing", energy boost for several hours. I am not an athlete. I'm 82 with bad knees. More flexible, less painful joints. A tad expensive, but I'll buy more.
