Returned it after 25 days.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife after her Fitbit turned out to be a complete disappointment. She ended up getting it a few days early because I am horrible with surprises and her Fitbit finally stopped working. Initially, she loved it. Once she discovered the app and all of the different watch faces available, she was super excited. It fit comfortably with the factory band and she liked the size of it.I received a lot of texts the first day with it about how much she liked it. She was a little concerned that she couldn't make it through a whole day on a complete charge though. She would put it on the charger before bed, put it on as she walked out the door to work and by the time she got home from work, 9-10 hours later, it was dead. Wouldn't even last 12 hours. That was concerning. Now, after almost 3 weeks, it will only last 5 or 6 hours and is dead. My wife is not a very tech savvy person, I turned off a lot of the features that she wouldn't use or didn't need. Still cannot make it through an 8 hour work day. And within the last 2 days, it has started to freeze up and stop working. It got sent back today. Not even a month old and it has these kinds of issues. She loved the features and the watch, but if it won't last all day what is the point of wearing it?Not sure how the sleep tracking works since it had to stay on the charger at night and could not be worn.

Ehhh so so
Battery life sucks. I have seen similar ones that have long battery life. I just ordered the wrong one

Listed as "used, good condition", but arrived in like new condition.
I was a bit apprehensive ordering an electronic item listed as "used, condition good". But, I have to say that I'm super happy with this purchase as it is in mint condition. No signs of wear & tear at all, and functions perfectly!

Does what I need
I don't use the wellness features so I can't speak on that. I enjoy it for the most part, the battery just dies so fast. If you wanted to track your sleep you'd have to make sure to charge it before you went to bed

Highly disappointed...
I buy the watch, charge it to 100% and less than 9 hours later, it's at 50... Supposedly the watch has features like sleep tracking and such, but there's a flaw with that. If the battery doesn't even last 24 hours, do you take your watch off when you wake up and charge it before you start your day? Maybe you charge it on your way to work? I have a dozen or so Fossil watches, and I haven't worn any of them since I bought an apple watch. It looks and feels like a nice watch, but I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT 😞
I've had a Samsung Active 2 since they came out and was overdue for an upgrade. Was gifted a Pixel 6, but decided to go with Fossil over Google for my smartwatch. I'm full of regrets. This watch isn't even as good as the SA2. I've only used it 6 days and have already had to reset to factory. Only, it didn't REALLY reset. Step count jumped by 20000 steps for no reason ,prompting the reset, and after reset has settled on a surplus of 2000. I waited until after midnight to see if it would self correct and go to zero, it didn't. I don't know why there isn't a way to reset one stat instead of resetting the whole watch, but it's all a fail. Watch faces are very limited, and trying to change and customize the available options is frustrating. Sometimes the changes are applied, most times they aren't. Watch tracks sleep, but doesn't sync sleep data to app unless I turn off wifi. This ONLY happens with the sleep data. Battery life is less than a day, but the fast charging helps ease that pain. Watch is supposed to be able to mirror DND on phone, but it doesn't follow the rules. Notifications and calls that are allowed during DND on phone don't come through on the watch. It's also frustrating that the developers thought anyone would want the watch to take precedence over the car audio system. If you enable taking calls on your watch and you're driving, the call rings on the watch and answers on the watch. Switching this while driving is dangerous. Watch is beautiful, but the band is horrible. It picks up every little bit of anything. After 4 days of wear, the soft matte finish of the silicone on the strap stays has rubbed off and is shiny. I was trying to make this work, but it's a no. What should have been an upgrade feels like the opposite.
