Can you use this base coat under cnd shellac colours successfully?

Well I would definitely do so. I mostly use blue sky but they all seem to be the same. My niece who’s a beauty artist definitely uses this under shellac.

Can the base coat be used as the adhesive glue to nail tips ?

Wouldn’t think so. It’s a base coat, not glue

Can the base coat be used for nail powders

I have used basecoat/powder/topcoat and basecoat/colourcoat/powder/topcoat both ways with equal success. Enjoy experimenting 😊

Why are some peoples nails going yellow after using this?
