Lost Flavor Very Quickly
First brew tasted great, but then flavor dissapeared pretty fast. Put it in freezer in tupperware immediatly after opening, but did not help much. U can get Catunambu whole beans from tienda website.

Not the correct grind for a Bialetti Moka Pot!
We used to live in Andalucía, which is the south of Spain; so my sister and I drank Café con Leche in the cafes everyday, and we loved it! I've always missed that distinctive Torrefacto flavor! So my sister researched and found this Catunambú coffee on the LaTienda website, which is the same as this "La Tienda" Amazon seller. She has a very high quality drip coffee maker, and she raved about the smooth, delicious flavor of this coffee; so I bought it on Amazon because it's sold out on the website.Spaniards only make this coffee in their moka pots at home, never in a drip coffee maker, not in a pour-over, not in a French press. So I made it in my Bialetti moka pot. But it didn't work well because the grind is too coarse for a moka pot so it doesn't build up enough pressure.I called LaTienda customer service and explained my problem with making it in the moka pot. She said this is the only grind they carry, and she said the best way to make it is in a pour-over rather than a drip coffee maker. So I'll try making it in my Bodum pour-over later today. If I buy it again, I'll buy whole bean Torrefacto coffee and grind it to the correct size for the moka pot. But I don't want to spend money on a good burr coffee grinder right now.I've read the other review that says you should pack this coffee very tight in the moka pot; but that's not the right way to do it - Bialetti warns NEVER to pack coffee in the moka pot - so I think the reviewer was trying to compensate for the too large grind by packing it to increase the pressure. It's much, much better to get the correct grind for your moka pot by grinding your own beans.I'll update about how this coffee turned out in my pour-over later. If it's great I'll increase the number of stars, but I think the seller should explain on their listings that this grind is for a pour-over.

Its ok, but not a true torrefacto coffee
Doesn't compare to Marcilla. Lacks character, body and that frothy caramel crema you come to expect from torrefacto coffee. I'm guessing its about 5% torrefacto. These coffees cost less then 2 euros retail in Spain, so they are making a killing in profit.
