This is one of the best dual deep fryer I have used. I used it for my fish and shrimp tacos and my grandmother's fried chicken. Out standing temperature control and quick recovery of set temperature . My choice of oil is Peanut Oil and as a Professional Chef I highly recommend this deep fryer, solidly made and I would call it a high end deep fryer. Some comments are about the cost but this is a classic example of you get what you pay for.

That was the best money I spent for something I use the most in my house I could not go wrong without it works great it works just as good as the one that we have in the pizza shop thank you very much yours truly Jeff

I am impressed with how much room in each basket. I had a large party and I fried chicken. I was able to do one big batch thanks to the double size of the baskets. Just Great.

Tried most of them, this one is best, but I had to sort out a few issues with the sellers, and all was taken care of. .

Heats up fast, easy to clean, good little fryer for small items

works as expected and a great upgrade to a small home fryer. Wish there was a basket lid to hold food under oil. Cleaning a bit of a challenge but that is as expected. I recommend this product.

This fryer would not work at all. Put oil in it, heated it up and it did not heat to cook anything at all. Just wasted oil in the fryer. I do not recommend this fryer. It is an over priced pretty fryer to look at. Requested a refund and will be packing up to return. I ended up having to rent a commercial fryer to use that costed 799.00 to buy. I will end u.p buying it for $300.00 more than this table top fryer that was a non functional piece of work. Overall it’s pretty to look at, but non functional.

Updated review - My first two attempts, this failed to heat up. After the first attempt, I thought maybe we had not provided enough power. Second attempt, same thing. Support reached out and supplied pictures and a video - I hadn't engaged a micro-switch on the underside of the unit when putting it together. Doh. It works wonderfully - and we look forward to serving up luscious fried food. I do recommend this, especially knowing the support behind the product.
