I used it on metal sheet roof, and I don't have tools to measure the Temp difference.But I can assure and garrenty you it's working as expected. I can feel 20 degree Celsius reduction in temp.My room temp is now the real room temp.I'll update review how long it will last.But for sure I'll suggest it.Go for it

Product works. I have applied it to half of my terrace. The part where I applied is comparatively cooler than that of other part.I live in UP where scorching sun rays fall in month of May and June.Its a bit on expensive side, but its worth it.

Fabulous ! Simply Great ! I have never expected this much temperature drop. I thought it will drop by 15 degree but it drop temperature exponentially.

I am writing this review after a year of using it. As soon as i painted my roof it was very good. Another area i painted with a different brand.One year later this brand painted area got fovered with black fugii and now it is hotter than before.Long term the paint has opposite effect

It's a water based paint and will work only for couple of months or say one Summer season, cooling is good on fresh painted surfaces but it absorb very much dust and surface become dark and starts heating like a black body, so you need to clean it regularly in a dusty areas, it may help little as a waterproofing solutions to painted surface, the areas like terraces, price is too high

Looking for a solution to beat Kerala summer heat emiited from metal roof sheet, came across Luminx roof coat.Bought 25kg Luminx & 12kg Berger roof coats for analysing the temperature drop on 800sqft metal sheet.The old sheet top surface was pressure cleaned removing all debris & dirt.We were careful to applyLooking for a solution to beat Kerala summer heat emiited from metal roof sheet, came across Luminx roof coat.Bought 25kg Luminx & 12kg Berger roof coats for analysing the temperature drop on 800sqft metal sheet.The old sheet top surface was pressure cleaned removing all debris & dirt.We were careful to apply the first Luminx coat early morning when the sheet was cool after diluting with 20% water. The second coat was applied similarly next day over the first coat dried.The third final coat was applied with Berger roof PU coat since they have 10y vs. 5y for Lumix.The result is a fantastic drop of 30c ! in surface temp of metal sheet during hot afternoon sun of atmospheric 38c. The bottom surface of sheet metal absorbs & radiates highest heat - from 66c it's dropped to 36c - difference of 30c !!Attached is a continuous video for proof. Don't believe the naysayers who claim it does not work.
