Great mushroom
We use a lot of porcine mushroom in our cooking and were struggling to find them in our local supermarkets. Really happy we found these. They are full flavoured and better than the supermarket ones.

I always buy this brand
Reviews have put me off, thinking there were grubs or maggots contained in them. I bought a six pack as I batch cook every month with them. Pleased to report there were no signs of nasties when dry or rehydrated. But look, they are wild mushrooms, there is grit. Once hydrated I run them under the tap and I sieve the leftover liquid to cook with. I am 100% happy with this product. I that changes for any reason, I will come back with an edit.A note to others, rehydrate in a bowl, clean mushrooms and strain the grit out. That's what I've been doing for the last 10 years.

Nice, very nice
Used first tub to make stock for mushroom Risotto. Excellent flavour and body. Chopped up moist fungi and added at end. Everybody loved the Risotto. Wi definitely buy again.

Just wish they'd supply in larger jars!!
Great product. My only moan is they only seem to supply in small plastic jars. Woudln't it be better if they did larger quantities/ jars, to reduce wastage?
