I love love this pan. It may not ever leave my stovetop. Has all the qualities of a plain cast iron pan with the added ease of use with the enameled coating. My new favorite pan for mushrooms and wine. also does a great job on burgers now that it's cold out. Only had it 1 day so the list will grow

This is a perfect pan for frying. Very high quality. Just follow instructions and don't use a scouring pad to clean. I just soak it once it cools down in some soapy water, then clean with dish cloth.

Purchased in mid February. Used Approximately two times per week. We all cooking and cleaning instructions religiously. My husband made an egg this morning and removing it from the pan with a plastic spatula, the enamel peeled away with it. Very disappointing!!!

Perfect size for 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix. Love it.

It's great looking and very sturdy. I was looking for a healthier choice than my current cookware. Sadly, things to stick to the bottom even when you put butter or oil and the pan. Forget flipping eggs, unless you don't mind the yolks broken.

This pan is really non stick. But, the ridges on the surface really mess up my eggs. Well, I knew that when I bought it.This is a nice pan. Very heavy. This is the last frypan I will need to buy…plus it doubles as a serious weapon.

Great egg pan I used it a lot. You can use with butter or not Cleans easily too
