Works so far and best one I've found out there
When my husband lost his sense of taste for over 2 weeks we checked with the Dr's who gave him a blood test. The Dr suggested that there may be a nutritional deficiency linked to this so I later researched in to this and found it to be B12 related. Later the result of his blood test showed a definate B12/folate deficiency and I took the opportunity to use this spray on him. After a few days use he could partially taste some foods but only just. I reckon it will take time but I have high hopes this will work since he could feel some sensation so far after the use of this spray.

Good for B12, not sure chromium is a good idea, though
I was previously not aware that there are different types of Vitamin B12 and the additive used in many vitamin products is the artificial one, which is not absorbed well by the body. This contains the more easily absorbed type of Vitamin B12, unlike many products, even those by large brand names. It's also supposed to be more effective to take supplements of B12 as a spray or sublingual tablets, compared to swallowing it. The recommended dosage of 4 sprays contains far more than the recommended daily allowance of B12, so you probably don't need that much, if you use it every day. From what I was reading, it is apparently ok to take a high dose every week, rather than the daily dose every day, so if you do use the full recommended 4 sprays, you probably don't need to use it every day. I take 3 sprays on most, but not all days and reckon that should provide more than enough B12. I've feel more energetic since taking this, although that might be my imagination - am a vegetarian, but do eat diary products, so am probably not totally B12 deficient anyway, but as B12 is only really contained in high amounts in fish and meat products, which I don't eat, I think it better to use a supplement, and (assuming this contains what it says it does and nothing else), this is a quite good supplement for B12, I would think. What I am less sure about is the inclusion of Chromium with a Vit B12 supplement. I wonder why they chose Chromium, as from the brief reading I did, most people are likely to get enough from their diet, as it's contained in quite a few different foods, including bread, fruit and potatoes (and in hard water!). On the other hand, too much can cause stomach problems, low blood sugar and be damaging to the kidneys and liver, according to WebMD, and the recommended dose contains 100% of the recommended daily allowance of Chromium, so not sure that's really a good idea. Although WebMD also says that side effects from supplement use are rare, so this is probably safe to take, although I would've preferred if this was not included personally. Diabetics and the elderly can be deficient in chromium, but it seems a weird choice to add to B12. It is because of the inclusion of the chromium that I don't take the full recommended amount of this, as I don't really want to be taking 100% of my daily recommended allowance of this every day, as I probably get enough from other sources and taking excess is more likely to be detrimental than beneficial. Its inclusion seems like a bit of gimmick to me. Same for green tea extract.. The co-enzyme Q10 will likely not do any harm and may do some good.. Overall, for B12, this is good, and I also chose this based on price and convenience (quick delivery) balanced against the unwanted inclusion of chromium, which will hopefully do no harm.. If you're not worried about taking excess chromium, then I'd recommend this for the B12, but would do a bit of reading if you don't already know about it before buying this product, so you can make an informed decision whether this product is right for you.

Spray pump didn't work, and bland taste...
Can't comment on efficacy until next blood test, but no reason to suspect the product itself isn't any good. I've certainly had more energy since taking it, but made a lot of changes at the same time, so can't tell what's responsible for what. However, like serval other reviews, the pump stopped working on the third spray, so I'm now using a syringe. Not the end of the world, but certainly not as convenient either. The flavour is incredibly bland, not bad exactly, but I won't be taking it as an after dinner refresher like I could with a certain other brand, not that that's really it's purpose.

Works well
I'm really impressed with this. While my B12 isn't low by NHS standards it is low by the standards of many other countries and I've been having many symptoms that could be due to B12 deficiency. I was taking sublingual B12 supplements for about six months without any change but just a few weeks on this spray has greatly reduced my peripheral neuropathy. I've added in B12 patches from another company in the last week and now my fatigue is improving too. Some people have said they don't like the taste but I think it tastes nice.

It WORKS !
I purchased this due to its larger size than others, and also the GMP stamp and UK origin. As someone who has for many years had to have an injection every 12 weeks, as I cannot absorb B12 from food, I find depending on my activities between shots that I can run out of energy; before my next one is due. After just 3 days use i.e. 12 sprays my urine started to yellow indicating that I was passing excess B12. I have never achieved this with tablets. I will adjust the number of sprays down a bit now and see how I go, but it's great to know this delivery system WORKS! I would recommend any P.A. sufferers talk to their doctor before using of course. This should be great for Vegans as B12, an essential vitamin for life, is not available in their Diet.

Flavour is very weak and spray is far too wide
Ive bought a different brand before and found that taste better than this product which just tastes like water with a very weak after-taste.The problem with this spray (at least my one that I bought) is that the spray radius is very wide, so a lot of it goes over your lips, etc rather than in your mouth which is not great, even if you hold it very close.
