I’ve taken biotin before, but I don’t think I’ve ever taken enough biotin because they were always part of some other multivitamin thing. I think I see some improvement in hair and nails.. I also take bios so I don’t know if this is all the additional biotin but the improvement in here has been since I started taking the biotin a few months ago. I see new little hair sticking out like new growth.. highly recommend. I hate selfies as you can see but that’s my 72year-old head of hair.. and an FYI, to other ladies who may be my age and wondering about growing out your gray hair. This is my natural hair color. I used to have mousy brown hair apparently gray hair stains with hair products and heat appliances over time so now I have this beautiful (to me) platinum blonde and I haven’t colored my hair in 20 years.. anyway back to the biotin, I think it’s a good product. I’m gonna stick with it.

I love this Biotin supplement! After 3 months of consistent use, I noticed it was very effective in the improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. After being on a keto diet, I noticed my hair thinning badly. My hairdresser notice several areas of baby hairs regrowing all over my head. My hair is now much fuller than it used to be.My nails are much stronger and now grow very quickly. I used a different brand in the past, but feel that the vitamin content of 10000mcg of biotin as well as the 25 mg added hyaluronic in this brand was a great value for less money. I plan to have this on my subscription list.

Pasé un año entero tomando estas vitaminas y sinceramente no noto diferencia alguna después de haber terminado el frasco. No creo que sea malo tomarlas pero hasta el momento no veo cambio alguno 🤷🏻‍♂️ Le doy 4 estrellas porque al menos tenían buen sabor a coco 😅!!!!

Pill is very easy to swallow and has done wonders for strengthening my nails which were brittle before taking this pill it helps hair grow fast too

I was encouraged by a friend to take Biotin for nail and hair health. I was particularly interested in the nail health. I was a bad nail-biter for years and when I finally stopped, it seemed that my nails just didn't grow. They always tore, peeled and were super soft. I have used a Naturebell product in the past was very satisfied. The package arrived as ordered and pictured in the product description. I have been taking now for 13 days and so far really good. I didn't take a "before" picture but the one included here is after 13 days of daily use. The pills are small gell caps, oval in shape and opaque/beige in color. Just one a day in the morning. My nails are looking good, no tearing and no peeling. They are not as soft as before and don't bend as easily. I do keep a coat of clean polish on them. So far I am really pleased and will continue to use. I will update this review in another 2-3 week. I highly recommend. Good product with good results. Update: Have been taking now for about 9 weeks. Nails look good. I keep them filed the same length as in picture and still with coat of clear polish. NO peeling at all. I did tear one but not down to the quick as was the usual tear. This was just staight across, above the quick. Added benefit, my hair seems to be growing faster. If this continues, great! And it it makes my hair thicker, all the better. I will continue using this product. I think you, too, would be pleased. Remember to give it a few months to really see results.

These are tiny plump gels that have a faint coconut taste and or aroma. They are so easy to swallow! And while I haven’t been taking them that long I am seeing my hair - which has been growing thinning this past year was suddenly thickening up again. Hurray! I haven’t seen too much difference in my nails which do need help and I haven’t seen too much difference in skin as I have a pretty consistent facial skin regimen already. I’m hoping to see a little more youthfulness - and I think I will. I’ve taken a LOT of different brands of biotin before with little results. I’ll update as I go along but I’m definitely seeing improvements so very happy overall.
