So easy to install on upvc door, sticks well and seems to be weather proof so far

Opening the pack and fitting was easy. You get two lots of sticky back mounting pads. Since purchasing I haven’t had to change them, they have survived high summer temperatures but also a cold winter.It’s not as sturdy as being drilled, but for my circumstances this wasn’t possible. It looks perfect externally and you can easily dismount the doorbell from the backing plate to charge the battery.

I wanted an adhesive mount for my Ring doorbell. This provides the perfect solution and provides a solid mount to my UPVC door surround. This mount stick strong and provides a much better alternative to drilling my for surround. The only downside is the price, the price I paid for essentially a plastic mount with adhesive tape each side was excessive in my opinion. However it serves it purpose well! Would fully recommend if no cheaper alternatives are available.

I had a brand new composite porch installed so didn't want to screw-mount my Ring 4, as I had with the old door. First time round I followed the instructions but, annoyingly, found the doorbell lying on the floor when I came home from work the very next day. Rather than giving-up I ordered a new mount but this time I first cleaned the door frame with washing up liquid solution rather than white spirits like I'd done previously as somebody told me that white spirits can leave a residue which compromises the sticky tape's ability to stick properly. I also bought a couple of G-clamps to clamp the screw-less mount to the frame to make sure there was a lot of pressure applied to the mount while the adhesive on the tape cured. The mount felt a lot tighter than it did on my first attempt and, touch wood, it still feels strong and hasn't failed few weeks later.

Easy to install, but you must follow the instructions in regards to holding it in place for the required amount of time whilst it sticks to the surface it is being mounted on. We have had ours a month now and no problems so far.

The door mount has fell off and damaged my new ring door bell absolutely devasted. Fitted as per guidelines and watched videos appeared to be ok and sat in house and gets a thudto find it on the floor and now dented .

This was perfect to mount my ring doorbell without having to cause any drill damage to my doorframe. Been on for a few months with rain etc and it hasn’t budged. 100% recommend.

Super easy to fit and attach doorbell. I read the reviews prior which said to make sure you wipe down the surface before installing. I did that and all still ok.A must have if you don’t want/can’t install with a drill
