Purchase 2 of these plugs to attach to lamps. Very easy to set up, time them to work at 6-11 at night. Great for me when I come home late or go away. Happy with the purchase.

Perfect use for room lamps, especially good when sockets are hidden or less accessible. Visual appeal not a problem, it's functional over form. Perfect size, lightweight, timer is well made.Way simpler than having to faff with Bluetooth and Alexa and WiFi just to put a light on when you want. You just have to remember to tweak the times as it gets darker earlier or reset if there's a power cut. And the override switch on the side is useful if you want light earlier or later than what you set.

This 24hr segment timer is a very practical useful product that you can set items to go on at pre-set times e.g lamps/any home appliances/a heater/a fan/Christmas decorations/say even when away whatever you find works best for you & in this day & age it can be a way of energy saving. A great thing is it can be for those who don’t want something too technical a straight forward item that doesn’t need the internet etc like us. & it is very good for a disabled person who can’t get to lights/appliances etc so these can go on at pre-set times/or for their carers say so a light is on in the dark. It measures about 11.4 cm x 7cm x 6cm & is overall a great product, that can also provide security, deters burglars & can give the impression someone is home if that’s what you require. Told it is easy to set up, each black segment that is pushed down is for 15 minutes of the item being on. However we thought we’d mention that it might be difficult for someone to set if they have dexterity problems etc because fiddly the trying to try push down the segments so some may need it done for them. Another thing is to ensure the current time is set, told you do this by rotating the dial until the black arrow is lined up with the correct time we circled it on one of our pictures in blue. The great thing we like is you can set things to go/off over a 24hr period & if you need it to go on/off a few times a day you can. & told should you require to, you can override the timer meaning the plug will provide power continuously that you do this by pushing the switch up to the I icon on the side of the plug we circled it on a picture in red. When it is operating/in action the red LED light goes on, one thing we thought we’d mention is it does make a clicking noise as timer dial is moving hence the 4 stars & not the 5 but if it isn’t near you it isn’t too bad.

These are great plug timers. Smart plugs are great but cannot be reset remotely so if you aren't near the device - so if they update the software or the wifi goes down no matter what app/brand you have you have to still manually reset them so these dial/manual timers are fabulous to have in addition and a great back up if the smart plugs go down/offline. These plugs have not failed me yet! I know that if my smart plugs go down then these great devices will work as normal. Good size although if plugging into an extension or multi socket/gang plug then possibly can't put normal plug into socket next to the one this is using but thats not an issue for me. Battery life so far so good. Complete accuracy as well. Really highly recommend!!!

Product came just in time before winter sets in. Not at all a large box, very light. Very easy to use. Instructions were plain and simple, very easy to understand. Got it working the first time, would say is reliable when it needs to turn on. Good value for money, would probably buy again if needed.

This is the second timer I’ve purchased, and it’s been fantastic. It’s easy to set up and works flawlessly. I use it in our outbuilding to control a heater during freezing temperatures since our wireless network doesn’t extend that far to use more advanced devices like Tapo. Highly recommended for automation needs where high-tech solutions aren’t feasible!

Only problem for me is it is to noisey

This product works really well and once set up is easy to use. The only fault it that it is bulky so i can’t plug anything into the plug next to it as there is not enough room. Will buy again though for Christmas.
