Decora 50089 Chocolate Mould Hemisphere, polycarbonate, 20 x 12 x 2.3 cm

What a great mould, have already used it 25 times, used the cocoa "paint" that I purchased at the same time, looks fabulous in White cpoverture with the Red cocoa butter "paint". Stuck hemispheres together to make a ball. Would definitely recommend.

A very tough plastic mould. I made a batch of chocolates, and they were tough to gt out of the mould (I don't have a freezer and my mistake on the recepie) The mould was hit, bashed, thumped, whacked on the kitchen top, it really had some abuse and not even the slightest sign of wear. Very tough and great quality! I just need to work on my recipe . . .

Good quality mould at a reasonable price. The cavities are very small, so make sure it’s the right size for you before ordering. I gave it Four stars because it has raised dots on each corner, which are useful if stacking moulds, but not at all helpful when trying to scrape chocolate from the top!

Worth it. First use I really struggled to get the chocolates out but it must have been an issue with the tempering because the second batch worked perfectly. The mould is perfectly flat on the top, has indentations on the sides which makes it a lot easier to hold when inverting. I will buy it again.

Made truffles using this mould. Very easy to use truffles released cleanly. I found easier to release after putting in the fridge a shirt time to allow the chocolate to firm up.

Not what I was expecting, thought the spheres were larger and less of them within the mould, very disappointed, unlikely to use.

Great for tempered chocolate. Chocs came out perfectly. Only slight gripe is the nobble at the end which makes scraping or using acetate a bit awkward.
